Quote a loan and send it to your customer

“How much would it be per month?”

It's the question you'll hear most. With the quote tool you answer it in a minute, using the credit products that apply to that car, and you send your customer a quote with a reference number and your name.

Before you start (the panel is in Spanish, so each text comes with its translation):

The car needs its year, mileage, make, model, body type, fuel, and transmission.
You need at least one active credit product that applies to that car. If there isn't one, you'll see «No hay productos de crédito aplicables a esta publicación.» (“There are no credit products that apply to this ad.”).

Work out the monthly payment

Say your customer can put 60 thousand pesos down and wants to pay over 48 months. Here's how you work it out:

Open the quote tool

In PanelInventario (“Panel > Inventory”) open the car and choose «Cotizar» (“Quote”). At the top you see «Cotizar esta unidad» (“Quote this unit”).

Choose the product

In «Producto de crédito» (“Credit product”) choose the bank and the product.

Adjust down payment and term

Type the «Enganche» (“Down payment”) and choose the «Plazo» (“Term”) in months. If the down payment falls outside what the product allows, it corrects itself when you leave the field.

Check the result

You see the «Pago estimado» (“Estimated payment”) per month, the «Enganche», the «Financiado» (“Financed”), and the «Total crédito» (“Total loan”). With «Ver amortización» (“See amortization”) you open the month-by-month table.

Your details, only the first time

The first time, we ask for your details for quotes, so your customer knows who is looking after them. Tap «Agregar mis datos» (“Add my details”); if you go ahead and download or send first, the window opens by itself.

Type your name in «Nombre y apellidos» (“First and last name”) and the «Teléfono para tus clientes» (“Phone for your customers”), which can be your WhatsApp. Tap «Guardar y continuar» (“Save and continue”): you'll see «Listo, guardamos tus datos.» (“Done, we saved your details.”) and what you had asked for goes ahead on its own.

Your name has to look like a person's, with at least one last name; no «ventas» (“sales”) or «prueba» (“test”). If your plan is handled by Cliquéalo, we only ask for your name.

Send it to your customer

With the result on screen you can tap «Descargar PDF» (“Download PDF”), «Descargar XLSX» (“Download XLSX”), or «Enviar al cliente» (“Send to customer”). Sending opens «Enviar cotización» (“Send quote”), with two channels:

«Chat Cliquéalo» (“Cliquéalo chat”): choose the customer's conversation and a card arrives inside the chat. It's only available if the car has conversations.
«WhatsApp externo» (“External WhatsApp”): type their name and WhatsApp number, and confirm the customer authorized receiving the quote there. The PDF arrives on their phone.

Tap «Enviar cotización». You'll see «Cotización enviada en el chat de Cliquéalo.» (“Quote sent in the Cliquéalo chat.”) or «Cotización enviada por WhatsApp.» (“Quote sent by WhatsApp.”).

Quick recap

Every PDF, Excel file, or send gets its own reference number and is kept in «Cotizaciones recientes» (“Recent quotes”), on the car.
If a customer shares their reference number, you find it there, with who made it, when, and with what payment.
Sending by WhatsApp also opens a credit case in «Casos» (“Cases”).
If WhatsApp doesn't confirm the delivery, download the PDF and send it yourself.

Tip

If the customer already wrote to you on Cliquéalo, send the quote through the chat: they see it right there, next to the conversation about the car.
