List a car from your panel with the full form

The whole car on one screen

If you already have an account and publish often, the panel form will save you time: you see every field together and fill in the car in one go, instead of answering one question at a time.

Before you start, check two things: that you have permission to create ads and that your plan has room for one more car.

To open it, go to PanelInventario (“Panel > Inventory”) and tap «Nueva publicación» (“New ad”). If you don't have any cars yet, your panel shows «Haz tu primera publicación» (“Make your first ad”). At the top of the form choose «Auto» (“Car”); if you choose «Casa» (“House”), the form switches to real estate. The panel is in Spanish, so each text comes with its translation.

Fill in the details and add photos

Say a 2020 sedan just arrived at the lot and you want it online today. Here's how you enter it:

The required details

Make, model, year, condition, price, mileage, color, body type, fuel, and transmission. Everything else is optional, but it helps your ad look complete.

The VIN, if you have it

Type it in «VIN (número de serie)» (“VIN (serial number)”) and again, by hand, in «Confirma el VIN» (“Confirm the VIN”). Check it carefully: once saved, it can't be changed.

The photos

In «Fotos» (“Photos”) drag your files or tap «Agregar fotos» (“Add photos”). Drag them to reorder: the first one is the cover, so put the one that shows the car best there.

Publish it or finish later

When you're done you have two options: «Publicar» (“Publish”) sends it for review, and «Guardar borrador» (“Save draft”) keeps it so you can finish it later. «Cancelar» (“Cancel”) takes you back to your inventory and, if there are unsaved changes, asks you to confirm.

When you publish, a window opens and walks you through the progress: it saves the details, uploads the photos, and runs the automatic review. It can't be closed while it works, so give it a few seconds.

If all goes well, you see «¡Tu auto ya está publicado!» (“Your car is now published!”) and can tap «Crear otro» (“Create another”) to move on to the next one. If it stays in review, you'll see «Tu publicación quedó en revisión.» (“Your ad is in review.”); the Cliquéalo team reviews it and you follow its status from your inventory.

What to take with you

While you fill in the form, a copy saves on its own. If you close the window, you pick it up again from «Copias autoguardadas» (“Autosaved copies”) in your inventory.
The first photo is the cover. To change it, just drag another one to the first spot.
The VIN can't be changed once it's saved.
If your agency has connected platforms, in «Publicar también en» (“Also publish on”) you choose where else to advertise the car. It's only sent if the car ends up published.

Put the car's photos in one folder before you open the form. You upload them all at once and set the cover in seconds.
