Print your car's spec sheet

Your car on a single sheet

The spec sheet is a letter-size page with the car's photo, its price, its details, and your contact info, with your logo and your colors. Use it on the windshield, in the lot's display window, to hand out in person, or to send by WhatsApp.

To open it, in PanelInventario (“Panel > Inventory”) tap the car and choose «Ficha» (“Spec sheet”) in the «Esta publicación» (“This ad”) menu. You can also tap the «Ficha PDF» (“Spec sheet PDF”) shortcut in «Resumen» (“Summary”). The panel is in Spanish, so each text comes with its translation.

The spec sheet is for cars only; real estate doesn't have one.

Choose how it looks

The sample sheet changes instantly with each choice: what you see is what you download.

Design

Tap one of the four sheets: «Clásica» (“Classic”), to hand out; «Vitrina» (“Window”), with a huge price, for the windshield; «Técnica» (“Technical”), with every detail in tables; and «Noche» (“Night”), with a dark background, which looks better on screen than printed.

Photo

Choose the one that shows the car best. If you don't pick another, the one marked «Portada» (“Cover”) is used.

Language

Tap «Español» or «English». In English the headings and details change, and the QR code opens your ad in English.

Decide what to show and download it

In «Qué mostrar» (“What to show”) you turn the «Precio» (“Price”), «Descripción» (“Description”), «Contacto» (“Contact”), and «Código QR» (“QR code”) on or off. Below each one you see what will appear. If one can't be turned on, it tells you why; for example, the QR code says «Disponible cuando el auto esté publicado.» (“Available once the car is published.”).

When it's ready, tap «Descargar PDF» (“Download PDF”). While it's being put together it says «Generando…» (“Generating…”), and when it's done you see «Ficha descargada.» (“Sheet downloaded.”). On your phone, if your browser allows it, «Compartir» (“Share”) also appears so you can send it straight by WhatsApp.

If you see «No pudimos generar la ficha. Intenta de nuevo.» (“We couldn't generate the sheet. Try again.”), wait a moment and tap «Descargar PDF» again.

Keep in mind

The sheet's logo and color come from your storefront. You change them in «Apariencia del escaparate» (“Storefront appearance”).
The spec sheet never includes the VIN.
Your last choice stays saved in that browser for that car.
Your buyers can also download the «Técnica» sheet from your ad, in their language.

Tip

For the windshield, print the «Vitrina» sheet in color on letter-size paper, at actual size rather than “fit to page”. The price and the QR code can be read from outside the car.
