Printable car spec sheet
Build a PDF sheet with your car's photo, price, and details, in Spanish or English, to print or share.
The spec sheet is a letter-size page with the car's photo, its price, its details, and your contact info, with your logo and your colors. Tape it to the windshield, leave it in the lot's window, hand it out, or send it on WhatsApp.

- It's for cars only. Real estate listings don't have a spec sheet.
- Open it from the car's workspace: in PanelInventario ("Panel > Inventory") tap the car and choose «Ficha» ("Spec sheet") in the «Esta publicación» ("This ad") menu, or tap the «Ficha PDF» ("Spec sheet PDF") shortcut in «Resumen» ("Summary").
- The sheet's logo and color are your storefront's: you change them in «Apariencia del escaparate» ("Storefront appearance"). See Agency details.
Build your sheet
The sheet next to the steps (on top on a phone) changes instantly with each choice: what you see is what you download.
Choose the design
In «Diseño» ("Design") tap one of the four sheets. Each thumbnail is your real sheet, with the photo and language you chose.

Choose the photo
In «Foto» ("Photo") tap the one that shows the car best. The first one, marked «Portada» ("Cover"), is used if you don't pick another.
Choose the language
In «Idioma» ("Language") tap «Español» or «English». In English the headings and details change (for example, «Automática» becomes "Automatic") and the QR code opens your ad in English. The English description is the one you wrote in "Description (EN)" when editing the car (with «Agregar inglés», "Add English"); if you didn't write one, the English sheet comes out without a description. Decide what to show
In «Qué mostrar» ("What to show") turn each part on or off. Under each name you see what will appear.

Download or share
Tap «Descargar PDF» ("Download PDF"). While it's being built it says «Generando…» ("Generating…") and when it's done you see «Ficha descargada.» ("Spec sheet downloaded."). On a phone, if your browser allows it, «Compartir» ("Share") also shows up so you can send it straight to WhatsApp or another app.
Your last choice stays saved in that browser for that car: the next time you open «Ficha», it's there.
What's on the sheet
- Make and model, trim, and year.
- The price with its currency, for example "$389,900 MXN". If the car has an active season price, that price shows with the season's label (for example «Precio de El Buen Fin 2026», "El Buen Fin 2026 price" on the English sheet) and, if it went down, the old price crossed out with «Antes» ("Was"). - The key details: year, mileage, transmission, and fuel.
- The spec sheet: body style, engine, drivetrain, doors, color, origin, condition, and location. Details you didn't enter don't show.
- Your logo; if you don't have one, your agency's name.
- The QR code with «Escanea para ver fotos y detalles» ("Scan for photos and details"), or «Escanéame» ("Scan me") in «Vitrina».
- At the bottom, "cliquealo.mx".
The sheet never includes the serial number (VIN).
For the windshield
Print the «Vitrina» on letter paper in color, without fitting to page. The price and the QR code can be read from outside the car.
The sheet your buyers download
On your published ad, any buyer can download your car's spec sheet: with "Download spec sheet" («Descargar ficha técnica» in Spanish), below the action buttons, or with "Download PDF" («Descargar PDF»), next to the "Specifications" («Ficha técnica») heading. In the panel, the «Ficha» section reminds you: «Tus compradores también pueden descargar la ficha «Técnica» desde tu anuncio, en su idioma. Tu teléfono sale ahí solo si lo muestras en tu perfil público.» ("Your buyers can also download the «Técnica» sheet from your ad, in their language. Your phone shows there only if you show it on your public profile.").
- It's the «Técnica», with the cover photo, in the language the buyer is viewing the ad in.
- It has your logo, your color, and your agency's name.
- Your phone shows only if you checked «Mostrar teléfono y WhatsApp en el perfil público» ("Show phone and WhatsApp on the public profile") in «Editar contacto» ("Edit contact"). If not, the QR code takes the buyer to your ad so they can message you.
- If you change the price, the photos, or the details, the next download already has the new info.
Scenarios
The usual case
A sheet for the windshield
You choose «Vitrina», the front photo, and «Español», and tap «Descargar PDF». You print it and tape it to the car: people walking by see the price and scan the code to see more photos.
Something doesn't work the first time
A customer who speaks English
You switch to «English». If your ad has no English description, you see «Este auto no tiene descripción en inglés, así que la ficha en inglés sale sin descripción.» ("This car has no English description, so the English sheet comes out without a description.") and the «Descripción» switch stays off. Everything else is in English and the code opens the ad in English.
Worst case
The sheet isn't generated
You see «No pudimos generar la ficha. Intenta de nuevo.» ("We couldn't generate the spec sheet. Try again."). Wait a moment and tap «Descargar PDF» again.
Special case
The car isn't published yet
You can build and download the sheet, but without a QR code: the switch says «Disponible cuando el auto esté publicado.» ("Available once the car is published."). As soon as you publish it, the code shows up on its own.
Errors and how to fix them
