How complete your ad is
How many points your car has, what it's missing to earn more, and what completing it does for you.
When you edit a car you see a box that tells you how complete its ad is, in points from 0 to 85, and what it's missing to earn more. None of the items on the list is required, but each one helps the car show up sooner. It's only visible in your panel: buyers don't see the number.

Where you see it
Open the car
In PanelInventario ("Panel > Inventory") open the car.
Go to edit
In its workspace tap «Editar» ("Edit"), «Datos e imágenes» ("Details and images").
Check the box
In «Editar publicación» ("Edit ad"), above the form, is «Qué tan completa está la publicación» ("How complete the ad is").
In the box you see:
- The points it has, for example «40 de 85 puntos» ("40 of 85 points"), and a bar that fills up as you add more.
- «Ninguno es obligatorio, pero cada uno ayuda a que el auto aparezca antes:» ("None is required, but each one helps the car show up sooner:") and, below it, what's missing, each item with the points it earns, for example «+10».
- If it already has everything, instead of the list it says «Tiene todo lo que suma puntos.» ("It has everything that earns points.").
What earns points

All together they add up to 85. Only what's on this list counts; the other optional details don't earn points.
Some of these details are only captured in the panel form: the trim, the doors, the description, and English aren't asked in the wizard, and the wizard accepts up to 10 photos. See Car details, Photos, and Location and branch.
When the points update
- What you change in the form counts when you save with «Guardar cambios» ("Save changes"), «Guardar borrador» ("Save draft"), or «Publicar» ("Publish"). While you type, the points don't change.
- When you save, you go back to your inventory. To see the new points, open «Editar» again.
- Photos count as soon as you upload or delete them.
- If you turn off «Agregar inglés» and save, or you end up with fewer photos, you lose those points and they show up on the list again.
What it does for you
- In the catalog. When the catalog is sorted by "Relevance", a more complete ad helps your car show up sooner. Boosted cars still come first. If the buyer picks another order, such as "Newest listings" or "Price: low to high", the points don't count. See Boost ads.
- When your plan is full. If you have cars En espera ("On hold"), among those with the same priority the most complete one comes out first. The same happens when you choose «Publicar N» ("Publish N") in «No caben todos en tu plan» ("They don't all fit in your plan") and in the cars that come pre-checked when you move down a plan. The points don't decide whether your car is approved or rejected; the review does. See Review and rejections.
Buyers don't see your points
Neither the number nor the bar appears in the catalog or on your ad. What buyers do see are the details you entered: your photos, the trim, the description, the location and, if you registered the VIN, "VIN on file".
«VIN en revisión» ("VIN under review")
Sometimes, instead of «Registrar el VIN», the list says «VIN en revisión» ("VIN under review"), with this text: «El equipo de Cliquéalo está revisando este VIN. Mientras tanto no suma puntos; no tienes que hacer nada.» ("The Cliquéalo team is reviewing this VIN. In the meantime it doesn't earn points; you don't have to do anything.").
It means the Cliquéalo team is reviewing this car's VIN. The VIN review doesn't change the car's status: if it's Publicado ("Published"), it stays published. While it lasts, the VIN doesn't earn its 25 points.
You don't have to do anything. Just check that the VIN is this car's. A registered VIN can't be changed: if you mistyped it, archive this ad and publish the car again with the correct VIN. See If the VIN is wrong.
The Cliquéalo team is reviewing the VIN. It doesn't earn points in the meantime.
What you can do: Wait. You don't have to do anything.
The review is over. «VIN en revisión» disappears from the list and the VIN earns its 25 points.
The team found a problem with the VIN. On this ad it doesn't earn points and «Registrar el VIN» shows up on the list again, even though the VIN is still registered. That VIN can't be changed or deleted. If the car was published or in review, it's also rejected with the reason «Indicios de fraude» ("Signs of fraud").
What you can do: Read the team's explanation in the case in Panel > Casos ("Panel > Cases"). That reason lets you ask for another review. See Review and rejections.
The usual case
You fill in what's missing
You published with the wizard, with 10 photos and the VIN. In «Editar» you see «40 de 85 puntos». You enter the trim, the doors, the ZIP code with its neighborhood, and a description of more than 80 characters, and you save. When you go back to «Editar» you see «75 de 85 puntos». You upload 5 more photos, turn on «Agregar inglés», and save: you see «Tiene todo lo que suma puntos.».
Something doesn't work the first time
You don't want to fill in everything
None is required. A car with few points is published just the same and shows in the catalog. Completing it only helps it show up sooner.
Worst case
The VIN is under review
On the list you see «VIN en revisión». Those 25 points don't count while the review lasts. Your car stays in its status and you don't have to do anything.
Special case
It's a home
When you edit a home, «Qué tan completa está la publicación» doesn't appear. Points are only for cars.
