On hold for space
What happens when your plan has no room to publish more cars and how they get published on their own later.
Each plan allows a number of cars published at the same time. Any extra spaces you buy are added on top. When there's no room left, approved cars wait in En espera ("On hold") instead of getting lost.
When you try to publish more than fit
The «No caben todos en tu plan» ("They don't all fit in your plan") window appears, showing how many your plan allows, how many you have published, how many you chose, and how many fit. You have three options:
Publish the highest-priority ones
«Publicar N» ("Publish N") publishes the ones that fit. They're chosen by priority, then by how complete the ad is, then by highest price, and then by age. With the box checked, the rest become En espera to be published on their own later. If you uncheck it, they stay as they were.
Expand your plan
«Ampliar mi plan» ("Expand my plan") takes you to the plans. See Move up a plan.
Buy extra spaces
«Comprar N espacios extra» ("Buy N extra spaces") takes you to buy only the spots you're missing.
When it's done you see, for example, «8 publicadas y 3 en espera de cupo.» ("8 published and 3 on hold for space.").
How they leave the hold
A car on hold is published on its own, without you doing anything, when:
- you archive or remove another published car from the catalog;
- you move up to a plan with more spots;
- you buy extra spaces.
The highest-priority one goes first. With the same priority, the most complete one goes first; then the one with the highest price, and then the one that has been waiting longest. How complete a car is means its points: see How complete your ad is.
The usual case
Something doesn't work the first time
You moved down a plan
If you move down to a plan with fewer spots, you choose which cars stay published and the rest move to En espera on the day the change applies. See Leftover cars when moving down a plan.
Worst case
Your account loses access
If your plan expires without payment or your trial ends without a card, nothing new is published until you settle your payment or add your card.
