Car statuses

What each status chip in your inventory means, who changes it, and what you can do in each one.

Each car in your inventory has a status. Only cars in Publicado ("Published") show in the Cliquéalo catalog; you and your team are the only ones who see the rest.

BorradorDraft

The car is saved but you haven't sent it to be published. It doesn't show in the catalog.

What you can do: Finish filling it in and send it for review, or delete it.

En revisiónUnder review

You sent it to be published and we're reviewing it. It doesn't show in the catalog yet.

What you can do: Wait. In your inventory it appears grayed out under the «En revisión» chip and leaves it as soon as it's approved.

PublicadoPublished

It passed review and shows in the catalog. It counts against your plan's car limit.

What you can do: Edit it, boost it, quote it, schedule appointments, or archive it.

En esperaOn hold

The car is complete and approved, but your plan has no room to publish it. It keeps its details and photos.

What you can do: Fix its details or photos. It's published on its own when a spot opens up, when you move up a plan, or when you buy extra spaces.

RechazadoRejected

It didn't pass review. You see the reason in the details.

What you can do: Fix what's indicated and save it: it goes back into review.

VendidoSold

The car has been sold. It doesn't show in the catalog and stays in your history.

What you can do: View it. For now, the Cliquéalo team assigns this status; if you already sold a car, archive it.

ArchivadoArchived

You removed it from the catalog without deleting it. It frees up its spot in your plan.

What you can do: Send it back for review whenever you want to publish it again, or delete it.

How a car moves from one status to another

Borrador → En revisión

When you send the car to be published, it moves to En revisión.

En revisión → Publicado, En espera, or Rechazado

If it's approved and your plan has room, it becomes Publicado. If it's approved but no longer fits, it becomes En espera. If it isn't approved, it becomes Rechazado with its reason.

Publicado → En revisión

If you edit a published car, it goes back to En revisión so we can review the change. The same happens if you edit a rejected one or one that was already under review.

Publicado → Archivado

When you archive it, it leaves the catalog and frees up its spot. If you have cars En espera, the highest-priority one is published on its own.

Editing a car on hold doesn't take it out of the line

You can fix the price, photos, and details of a car En espera, and it stays on hold. It only leaves when a spot opens up, you move up a plan, or you buy extra spaces. That way nobody skips the line by editing a car.

Chips that go with the status

Besides the status, each car can show chips with what it has pending:

  • «Cita pendiente» ("Pending appointment") or «Citas pendientes» ("Pending appointments"): there are visits to handle.
  • «Pregunta sin responder» ("Unanswered question") or «Preguntas sin responder» ("Unanswered questions"): a buyer is waiting for an answer.
  • «Consigna» ("Consignment") or «Propio» ("Owned"): whether the car is yours or you sell it on someone else's behalf.
  • «Al día» ("Up to date") when nothing is pending, or «Atender ahora» ("Handle now") when something needs your attention.
  • On cars that come from Mercado Libre: Sin incorporar ("Not imported"), No publicado en ML ("Not published on ML"), or Requiere atención ("Needs attention"). We explain them in Mercado Libre and other channels.

The usual case

You publish and it's approved

The car goes from En revisión to Publicado and appears in the catalog.

Something doesn't work the first time

It's approved but your plan is full

It becomes En espera. It's published on its own when you archive another car, move up a plan, or buy extra spaces. See On hold for space.

Worst case

It's rejected

It becomes Rechazado. Open the car, read the reason, fix it, and save: it goes back into review. See Review and rejections.

Special case

Your plan expired or your trial ended without a card

If your account loses access, your published cars stop showing on the site and you keep their details. When you pay, each one returns to the status it had. See Pending payment and suspension and Trial without a card.
