Actions on several cars at once
Change the status of, delete, or boost several cars at once.
Turn on selection
In your inventory, tap «Seleccionar» ("Select") and check the cars. You can choose up to 200 at a time.
Choose the action
- «Cambiar estado» ("Change status"): choose the status in «Estado para aplicar» ("Status to apply"). You can move cars to Borrador, En revisión, or Archivado (Draft, Under review, or Archived).
- «Eliminar» ("Delete"): deletes the chosen cars.
- «Impulsar» ("Boost"): opens «Impulsar publicaciones» ("Boost publications") to feature several cars. See Boost.
Confirm
The window tells you how many cars will change, for example «Se cambiarán 5 publicaciones a Archivado.» ("5 publications will be changed to Archivado."). While it's applied you see «Aplicando...» ("Applying...") and the progress.
Deleting can't be undone
«Se eliminarán 5 publicaciones, junto con sus imágenes y favoritos asociados.» ("5 publications will be deleted, along with their images and associated favorites.") If you only want to remove them from the catalog, archive them instead.
What happens next
- When it's done you see «Publicación actualizada.» ("Publication updated.") or «5 publicaciones actualizadas.» ("5 publications updated."), and when deleting, «Publicación eliminada.» ("Publication deleted.") or «5 publicaciones eliminadas.» ("5 publications deleted.").
- Each car you delete stays in your My activity as «Eliminaste una publicación» ("You deleted an ad"), with its name, the time, and the device you did it from.
- If you archive or remove published cars, space frees up in your plan and the highest-priority En espera ("On hold") cars are published on their own.
The usual case
Something doesn't work the first time
It fails halfway
Changes are applied in groups. If something fails after a group, the notice tells you how many already changed, for example «… 40 ya se actualizaron.» ("… 40 were already updated."). Check the remaining ones and try again with only those.
Worst case
One of the cars isn't yours
If you choose a car you can't edit, the action stops without changing anything. Remove it from the selection.
Errors
What you see · Actions on several cars at once
«Selecciona publicaciones.»
Select publications.
What it means. You didn't choose any car.
What to do. Check at least one and repeat the action.
What you see · Actions on several cars at once
«Selecciona máximo 200 publicaciones.»
Select at most 200 publications.
What it means. You chose more than 200 cars.
What to do. Do it in several batches of up to 200.
What you see · Actions on several cars at once
«Hay publicaciones sin permiso.»
Some publications aren't allowed.
What it means. You can't edit at least one of the cars with your role, for example a car belonging to another salesperson.
What to do. Remove that car from the selection or ask whoever manages your agency to change it.
What you see · Change status
«No tienes permiso para asignar ese estado.»
You don't have permission to assign that status.
What it means. You tried to move cars to a status that only the Cliquéalo team assigns, such as Publicado or Vendido (Published or Sold).
What to do. Send them to «En revisión» ("Under review"): they're published once approved.
What you see · Actions on several cars at once
«La selección no incluye publicaciones que puedas editar.»
The selection doesn't include publications you can edit.
What it means. None of the chosen cars can be edited with your role.
What to do. Choose your own cars or ask whoever manages your agency for permissions. See Roles and permissions.

«Espera a que termine la acción en curso.»
Wait for the current action to finish.
What it means. The previous action is still being applied.
What to do. Wait for the progress to disappear and try again.
