Leftover cars when moving down a plan
Choose which cars stay published, back up the rest, and understand what happens to them.
If, when moving down a plan, you have more published cars than the new plan allows, «Elige qué autos siguen publicados» ("Choose which cars stay published") appears before you schedule the change.
Choose the ones that stay
- At the top you see how many you chose, how many fit, and how many move to «En espera» ("On hold"), for example «18 de 20 elegidos · 7 pasan a En espera» ("18 of 20 chosen · 7 move to On hold").
- The ones we suggest come already checked: by priority, then the most complete ones, then highest price, and then age. You can change them. See How complete your ad is.
- When you reach the limit, the rest are disabled until you uncheck one.
On the day the change applies, the ones you didn't choose move to En espera. They aren't deleted: they keep their details and photos, and they're published on their own if you move up a plan or buy extra spaces.
Back up the ones that move to On hold
In «Respalda los que pasan a En espera» ("Back up the ones that move to On hold") you can download your cars to publish them somewhere else:

The data includes title, make, model, trim, year, price, currency, mileage, color, transmission, fuel, body type, condition, status, city, state, ZIP code, description, link to the ad, publication date, and the photos.
The photos download straight to your device. While it progresses you see «Bajando fotos 12 de 80» ("Downloading photos 12 of 80"). If there are more than 25 cars, the ZIP is split into several files («parte 1 de 3», "part 1 of 3").

Something doesn't work the first time
Some photos don't download
The ZIP includes the «fotos-no-descargadas.txt» file with their links, and you see a notice with how many there were. The links are also in the CSV, so you can download them later.
Special case
Many cars
You can back up to 500 cars at a time. If you see «Respalda máximo 500 autos a la vez.» ("Back up at most 500 cars at a time."), do it in several batches.

«Elige al menos un auto para respaldar.»
Choose at least one car to back up.
What it means. There are no cars to back up in the selection.
What to do. Uncheck one of the cars that stay published to back it up, or back up from your inventory.

You don't have permission to back up the inventory.
What it means. Your role doesn't manage payments or the full inventory.
What to do. Ask your agency's owner or an administrator.
