Move down a plan
How to move down to a cheaper plan, when it applies, and how to cancel it if you change your mind.
Moving down a plan doesn't cost you anything extra or give you money back: you keep your current plan until the day what you already paid ends, and from that day you pay the new one.
Choose the plan
In AjustesPlan y capacidad ("Settings > Plan and capacity"), in the «Cambiar de plan» ("Change plan") block, tap «Cambiar de plan». Then, on the plan you want, tap «Bajar a …» ("Move down to …").
Tell us why
«¿Por qué quieres bajar de plan?» ("Why do you want to move down a plan?"). Choose an option: «Me sale caro por lo que vendo» ("It's expensive for what I sell"), «Publico menos autos que antes» ("I publish fewer cars than before"), «Es temporada baja» ("It's low season"), «Me falta algo que necesito» ("It's missing something I need"), «No me gustó la atención» ("I didn't like the service"), or «Otro motivo» ("Other reason"). If you want, write more in «Si quieres, cuéntanos más» ("If you want, tell us more"). Only the Cliquéalo team sees it.
Review what changes
Under «Qué cambia» ("What changes") you see from which day you pay the new plan and how much, how many cars you'll be able to have published, how many you have today, and what you «Dejas de tener» ("No longer have").
If you have leftover cars, choose which ones stay
If you have more published cars than fit in the new plan, an extra step appears. See Leftover cars.
Schedule the change
Tap «Programar el cambio» ("Schedule the change"). You see «Listo. Sigues con … hasta el … y desde ese día pasas a …» ("Done. You stay on … until … and from that day you move to …").
While the date arrives
In AjustesPlan y capacidadCambiar de plan ("Settings > Plan and capacity > Change plan") you see «Cambio programado» ("Scheduled change") with the date and «Hasta ese día conservas tu plan actual, que ya está pagado.» ("Until that day you keep your current plan, which is already paid.").
- If you change your mind, tap «Conservar mi plan» ("Keep my plan"). You see «Listo, conservas tu plan actual.» ("Done, you keep your current plan.").
- If you move up a plan before the date, the move-down is canceled on its own.
The usual case
Something doesn't work the first time
You had leftover cars
On the day of the change, the cars you didn't choose move to En espera ("On hold"). They're published on their own if you later move up a plan or buy extra spaces.
Worst case
It couldn't be scheduled
You see «Stripe no pudo programar el cambio. Intenta de nuevo en un momento.» ("Stripe couldn't schedule the change. Try again in a moment."). Nothing changed; try again.
Special case
You want to cancel your plan completely
You cancel it in Stripe's billing portal: in an agency, with «Gestionar pagos» ("Manage payments") in AjustesPlan y capacidad ("Settings > Plan and capacity"); if you sell as an individual, with «Administrar pago» ("Manage payment") in AjustesFacturación ("Settings > Billing"). See Billing.

What it means. The scheduled move-down couldn't be canceled at that moment; it's still scheduled.
What to do. Tap «Conservar mi plan» again in a few minutes.
