Edit an ad
Change a car's details, price, or photos and understand why it goes back to review.
You can edit a car in any status. Almost every time you save changes to a car that's published, rejected, or in review, it goes back to review before it appears in the catalog again.
Steps
Open the car
In PanelInventario ("Panel > Inventory") open the car. In its workspace tap «Editar» ("Edit"), «Datos e imágenes» ("Details and images").
Change what you need
In «Editar publicación» ("Edit ad") you have the same fields as when you created it. You can't switch between car and house: if you made a mistake, create a new ad.
The VIN is the exception: if the car already has it registered, it shows fixed with «Ya está registrado y no se puede cambiar.» ("It's already registered and can't be changed.") and the year has to be the one the VIN indicates. If it doesn't have a VIN yet, you can register it here by typing it twice. See Register the VIN.
On a car, above the form you see «Qué tan completa está la publicación» ("How complete the ad is"): its points and what it's missing to earn more. See How complete your ad is.
Save
Tap «Guardar cambios» ("Save changes") (or «Guardar borrador» ("Save draft") if the car is a draft). If the car is a draft or rejected, you also see «Publicar» ("Publish") to send it for review. «Cancelar» ("Cancel") takes you back to the inventory; if there are unsaved changes, it asks you to confirm.
When you save you go back to your inventory. If the car is going to review, while it saves you see «Preparando publicación» ("Preparing ad").
Photos are managed in «Imágenes» ("Images"), below the form, and they're saved as soon as you upload, order, or delete them; you don't need to tap «Guardar cambios». See Photos.
What happens to the status when you save
It goes back to «En revisión» ("In review") and leaves the catalog while the change is reviewed.
What you can do: Wait for the review. If it has photos, the automatic review runs right then and may approve it immediately.
It stays in review and is reviewed again with your changes.
It goes back to «En revisión», now with your corrections.

«Guardar borrador» keeps it as a draft. «Publicar» sends it for review.
It stays on hold. Editing it doesn't take it out of the line.
What you can do: Free up a spot, move to a higher plan, or buy extra spots. See On hold for lack of room.
It stays archived. Saving changes doesn't publish it again.
It stays sold.
The notices when you save
- «Cambios guardados y aprobados automáticamente.» ("Changes saved and approved automatically."): the car went back to Publicado.
- «Cambios guardados. La publicación queda en revisión.» ("Changes saved. The ad is in review."): the team will review it. The reason appears below.
- «Publicación no permitida.» ("Ad not allowed."): the change breaks the rules and the car becomes Rechazado.
- «Cambios guardados.» ("Changes saved."): it was saved without going through the automatic review (for example, a draft or a car without photos).
Autosaved copies
While you edit, a copy is saved. If you open the edit screen again and there was a copy that wasn't applied, you see «Recuperé una copia autoguardada.» ("I recovered an autosaved copy."). See Autosaved copies.
The usual case
You lower the price of a published car
You change the price and save. The automatic review approves it and you see «Cambios guardados y aprobados automáticamente.». It was out of the catalog for only a few seconds.
Something doesn't work the first time
The change stays in review
You see «Cambios guardados. La publicación queda en revisión.». The car doesn't appear in the catalog until the team approves it.
Worst case
The change isn't allowed
You put a phone number in the description. You see «Publicación no permitida.» and the car is rejected. Remove the phone number and save again.
Special case
You edit an archived car
You save and see «Cambios guardados.», but the car stays Archivado. To publish it again, send it for review from your inventory. See Car statuses.
Errors and how to fix them

You don't have permission for this ad.
What it means. The car isn't yours or your account's, or your permission changed.
What to do.
- Ask the owner or an administrator of the account for access.

«Publicación no encontrada.»
Ad not found.
What it means. The car was deleted while you were editing it.
What to do.
- Go back to your inventory and check whether it's still there.
What you see · Edit, when saving
«Demasiadas actualizaciones en poco tiempo. Espera unos minutos.»
Too many updates in a short time. Wait a few minutes.
What it means. You saved changes many times in a row.
What to do.
- Wait a few minutes and save again. Your changes are still in the autosaved copy.
