Your plan's car limit
How many cars you can have published at the same time, where to see how many spots you have left, and what happens when you hit the cap.
Each plan allows a number of cars published at the same time. The extra spots you buy are added to that number. How many each plan includes is in Plans and payments; it depends on the plan you have.
What counts against the limit
Only cars that are Publicado. These don't take up a spot:
- Borrador, En revisión, or Rechazado;
- En espera: they're waiting precisely for a spot to open;
- Archivado or Vendido.
You can create and send for review as many cars as you want. The limit only decides how many are shown in the catalog at the same time.
Where to see how many spots you have left
- On the home screen of your panel, in the shortcut to publish: for example «3 de 10 publicaciones disponibles en tu plan» ("3 of 10 ads available in your plan"), or «Ya usaste tus 10 publicaciones del plan» ("You've already used your plan's 10 ads") when there's no room left.
- In your account's plans, with the details of your plan. See Plans and payments.
If your store has several branches, the plan's spots can be split among them. Each car counts toward the branch it's assigned to. See Location and branch.
What happens when you hit the cap
You publish one more car
The car is created and stays En revisión. The automatic review doesn't approve it while there's no room; when you edit, you see the reason: «La configuración actual permite hasta N publicaciones activas. No se puede aprobar automaticamente hasta liberar cupo, subir de plan o ajustar la capacidad.» ("The current configuration allows up to N active ads. It can't be approved automatically until you free up room, move to a higher plan, or adjust the capacity.").
It's approved but doesn't fit
It stays En espera with all its details and photos, until a spot opens up.
A spot opens up
When you archive another car, move to a higher plan, or buy extra spots, the first car in line is published automatically. See On hold for lack of room.
If you publish several cars at once from your inventory and they don't all fit, the «No caben todos en tu plan» ("They don't all fit in your plan") window appears so you can choose what to do. See On hold for lack of room.
How to get more spots
- Archive what you've already sold. It frees up its spot right away.
- Move to a higher plan. See Plans and payments.
- Buy extra spots. They're added to your plan's spots.
The usual case
Something doesn't work the first time
Full plan
Your new car stays in review and then on hold. You archive one that's sold and the new one is published automatically.
Worst case
You move to a lower plan with more cars than fit
You choose which cars stay published; the rest go to En espera. See Plans and payments.
Special case
Your plan expired
If your account loses access for lack of payment, nothing new is published until you bring your payment up to date.
