How to upload, order, and delete a car's photos, which formats are accepted, and what to do if a photo won't upload.
Photos are the first thing a buyer sees. «Los anuncios con 3 o más fotos reciben más mensajes. La primera será la portada.» ("Ads with 3 or more photos get more messages. The first one will be the cover.")
Before you start
- Formats: JPG, PNG, or WebP. Other formats (for example HEIC) aren't accepted.
- Up to 10 MB per photo.
- In the wizard you can upload up to 10 photos. In the panel there's no limit on how many.
- You don't have to shrink them yourself. Before they're uploaded, each photo is optimized on your device: it's resized to a maximum of 1920 px per side and converted to WebP so it loads fast.
Without photos it isn't approved automatically
A car without photos is never approved automatically: it stays En revisión until the Cliquéalo team reviews it. Add photos so it gets published faster.
Upload photos when publishing
Add the photos
In «Enséñalo con fotos» ("Show it with photos") tap «Agregar fotos» ("Add photos") and choose several at once. While they're being prepared you see «Preparando fotos…» ("Preparing photos…").
Check the cover
The first photo has the «Portada» ("Cover") label. They can't be reordered here: choose them in the order you want them to appear, starting with the cover.
Remove the ones you don't need
Tap the photo's trash can («Quitar foto» ("Remove photo")).
Continue
Tap «Continuar» ("Continue"). If you don't have photos yet, tap «Agregar fotos después» ("Add photos later").
The photos are uploaded at the end, in «Subiendo tus fotos» ("Uploading your photos"), after your ad is created.
Manage the photos of a car that already exists
Open the car in PanelInventario ("Panel > Inventory") and go to «Editar» ("Edit"). Below the form is «Imágenes» ("Images").
- Upload more. Tap «Subir imágenes» ("Upload images") or drop the files on the box («Suelta las imágenes para subir» ("Drop the images to upload")). Each photo uploads as soon as you choose it; you don't have to save the form.
- Change the order. Drag the thumbnails. The order is saved right then and the first one is the cover.
- View a photo. Tap the thumbnail; use the arrows to go to the previous or next one.
- Delete. Tap a photo's trash can, or check several with «Seleccionar todo» ("Select all") and tap «Eliminar selección» ("Delete selection"). Confirm in the «Eliminar imagen» ("Delete image") or «Eliminar imágenes» ("Delete images") window: the photo is deleted from the ad and can't be recovered.
- Download. «Descargar ZIP marcado» ("Download watermarked ZIP") downloads all the photos in a ZIP file with diagonal Cliquéalo watermarks.
When you upload new photos, the car goes through the automatic review again:
The car was in review and, with the new photos, it was approved.
A photo breaks the rules. This can happen even if the car was already published.
What you can do: Delete the photo and fix it. See Review and rejections.
The photos uploaded, but the review couldn't run at that moment. The car keeps its status.
The usual case
Something doesn't work the first time
A photo isn't in the right format
That photo is dropped with a notice and the rest continue. Convert it to JPG and add it again.
Worst case
Some photos didn't upload when publishing
In the panel you see «Publicación creada, pero algunas fotos no subieron.» ("Ad created, but some photos didn't upload.") with the file names. The car is created and stays in review. Open «Editar» and upload them from «Imágenes».
Special case
Photos that aren't of the car
If the photos are from the internet, of another car, or don't let you see the vehicle, the team may reject it with «Las fotos no corresponden al vehículo» ("The photos don't match the vehicle") or «Fotos insuficientes o de baja calidad» ("Insufficient or low-quality photos").
Errors and how to fix them

- Convert it to JPG from your phone or computer.
- Add it again.

What it means. The file is larger than 10 MB.
What to do.
- Take the photo at a lower resolution or export a lighter version.
- Add it again.

10 photos maximum.
What it means. You already have 10 photos; the rest weren't added.
What to do.
- Remove one if you want to swap it.
- If you need more, upload them later from «Editar» in your panel.
What you see · When uploading photos
«No se pudo subir la imagen. Intenta de nuevo en unos minutos.»
The image couldn't be uploaded. Try again in a few minutes.
What it means. The upload failed. In «Imágenes», the thumbnail says «Falló» ("Failed").
What to do.
- Check your connection.
- Upload the photo again in a few minutes.
What you see · When uploading photos
«Demasiadas imágenes en poco tiempo. Espera unos minutos antes de subir más.»
Too many images in a short time. Wait a few minutes before uploading more.
What it means. You uploaded many photos in a row and uploading was paused for a while.
What to do.
- Wait a few minutes and continue.
What you see · When uploading photos
«Inicia sesión para subir imágenes.»
Sign in to upload images.
What it means. Your session closed.
What to do.
- Sign in and upload the photo again.
What you see · When uploading photos
«No tienes permiso para subir imágenes a esta publicación.»
You don't have permission to upload images to this ad.
What it means. The car isn't yours or your account's, or your permission changed.
What to do.
- Ask the owner or an administrator of the account for access.
What you see · When uploading photos
«Tu cuenta está suspendida.»
Your account is suspended.
What it means. Your user is suspended and can't upload photos.
What to do.
- Check your notices and write to us. See Account and security.
What you see · «Imágenes», when deleting
«Una o más imágenes ya no están disponibles.»
One or more images are no longer available.
What it means. Someone else already deleted that photo.
What to do.
- Reload the page and check the photos that are left.
What you see · «Imágenes», when reordering
«Orden incompleto.»
Incomplete order.
What it means. The photos changed while you were ordering them and the order wasn't saved; the thumbnails go back to their place.
What to do.
- Reload the page and order them again.
What you see · «Imágenes», «Descargar ZIP marcado»
«Demasiadas descargas de imágenes en poco tiempo. Espera unos minutos antes de intentarlo de nuevo.»
Too many image downloads in a short time. Wait a few minutes before trying again.
What it means. You downloaded the ZIP many times in a row.
What to do.
- Wait a few minutes and download it again.
