Add a partner bank to offer financing

The first step to selling on credit

Many customers don't pay cash; the first thing they ask is how much it would be per month. To offer them credit on Cliquéalo, you first register the banks and lenders you work with. Then, for each one, you enter its credit products.

Before you start (the panel is in Spanish, so each text comes with its translation):

Switch to «Autos» (“Cars”) in your panel. In «Casas» (“Houses”) this option doesn't appear.
You need the «Editar perfil de agencia» (“Edit agency profile”) permission, which the owner has.

Where your partners live

Tap your name, at the bottom of the side menu, to open your settings, and go to Mi agenciaAliados y financieras (“My agency > Partners and lenders”). That's where your list of partner banks is.

Each row shows the logo, the name, and its status. Below it you see how many products it has, the contact email and phone, and whether it requires insurance. The «Productos» (“Products”) button takes you to that bank's products.

At the top you can search by bank, contact, or category, and filter by «Estado» (“Status”) and «Categoría» (“Category”).

Add the partnership

Open the form

Tap «Agrega alianza» (“Add partnership”).

Choose the institution

In «Elegir del catálogo» (“Choose from the catalog”) search for the bank and pick it. If it isn't there, use «Agregar aliado o asociación» (“Add partner or association”), type the name, and choose its category.

Contact and insurance

«Email de contacto» (“Contact email”) and «Teléfono» (“Phone”) are optional. In «Seguro obligatorio» (“Mandatory insurance”) choose «No requiere» (“Not required”) or «Sí, obligatorio» (“Yes, mandatory”); if it's mandatory, enter the «Porcentaje del seguro (%)» (“Insurance percentage (%)”), for example 3.5.

Save

In «Estado» leave «Activo» (“Active”) and tap «Agrega alianza». You'll see «Alianza agregada.» (“Partnership added.”) and go back to the list.

Good to know

«Elegir del catálogo» only shows the banks that aren't your partners yet.
A partnership saved as «Inactivo» (“Inactive”) doesn't appear in your list and can't be chosen when you create products. To bring it back, add it again as «Activo».
For now there's no button to edit a partner, so double-check the contact and insurance before you save.
If you see «Esta institución ya forma parte de tus alianzas.» (“This institution is already one of your partnerships.”), you already have it: look for it in the list.

Tip

Keep the bank's rate sheet at hand. You'll need it in the next lesson, to create its credit product.
