Partner banks
Add to your agency the banks and lenders you work with, so you can then enter their credit products.
Before entering a credit product, you need its bank as a partner. Here you register the institution, a contact, and whether it requires insurance.

- You must be in the Autos (cars) section of your panel. In Casas (homes) this option doesn't appear.
- You need a role with the «Editar perfil de agencia» ("Edit agency profile") permission (the owner has it). If you don't have it, you see: «Esta sección no está disponible para tu cuenta o tu rol. Si crees que deberías verla, pide acceso al dueño o a un administrador.» ("This section isn't available for your account or your role. If you think you should see it, ask the owner or an administrator for access.").
Where it is
Open Settings from your name, at the bottom of the side menu, and go to Mi agenciaAliados y financieras ("My agency > Partners and lenders"). There you see the list of your partner banks.
Each row shows the logo, the name, and the status chip; below, the category, how many products you have («2 activos / 3 propios», "2 active / 3 own"), the email, the phone, and the insurance («Seguro 3.5%», "Insurance 3.5%", or «Sin seguro obligatorio», "No mandatory insurance"). The «Productos» ("Products") button takes you to that bank's products.
At the top you can search with «Buscar banco, contacto o categoría…» ("Search bank, contact, or category…") and filter by «Estado» ("Status") and «Categoría» ("Category").
Add a partner bank
Open the form
Tap «Agrega alianza» ("Add partnership"). The form of the same name opens. «Volver a bancos» ("Back to banks") takes you back to the list.
Choose the institution
In «Institución del catálogo» ("Catalog institution") you have two options:
- «Elegir del catálogo» ("Choose from the catalog"): search for and choose the bank. Only the ones that aren't your partners yet appear.
- «Agregar aliado o asociación» ("Add partner or association"): if it isn't in the catalog, type the «Nombre de la institución» ("Institution name") and choose its «Categoría»: «Banco mexicano» ("Mexican bank"), «Capital extranjero» ("Foreign capital"), «Banca pública» ("Public banking"), «Banca de desarrollo» ("Development banking"), or «Banco central» ("Central bank"). The name is written with a capital letter at the start of each sentence.
Enter the contact
«Email de contacto» ("Contact email") and «Teléfono» ("Phone") are optional. They serve as a reference for you and your team.
Indicate the insurance
In «Seguro obligatorio» ("Mandatory insurance") choose «No requiere» ("Not required") or «Sí, obligatorio» ("Yes, mandatory"). If it's mandatory, enter the «Porcentaje del seguro (%)» ("Insurance percentage (%)"), between 0 and 100.
Choose the status and save
In «Estado» leave «Activo» ("Active") and tap «Agrega alianza». While it saves, it says «Agregando…» ("Adding…"). When it's done, you see «Alianza agregada.» ("Partnership added.") and you go back to the list.
If you leave with unsaved changes, we ask you to confirm before discarding them.
Partner bank statuses
The bank is on your list and you can create products with it.
What you can do: Tap «Productos» to see or create its products.
You saved the partnership as «Inactivo». It doesn't appear on your list and you can't choose it when creating products.
What you can do: Add it again with «Agrega alianza» and «Activo»: its details are updated and it reappears.
For now there's no button to edit a partner
Once added, you can't change its email, phone, or insurance from the list. To correct an inactive partnership, add it again with the correct details.
The usual case
The bank is in the catalog
You choose it in «Elegir del catálogo», enter the contact, leave «Activo», and save. You can now create its products.
Something doesn't work the first time
You work with a small lender
You use «Agregar aliado o asociación», type its name, and choose the category. It goes into the catalog and onto your list.
Worst case
You saved the partner as inactive
It doesn't appear on the list. Add it again choosing «Activo».
Special case
You don't see Aliados y financieras in Settings
You're in the Casas section or your role doesn't have permission. Switch to «Autos» or ask the owner for access.
Errors
What you see · Agrega alianza
«Esta institución ya forma parte de tus alianzas.»
This institution is already one of your partnerships.
What it means. That bank is already your active partner.
What to do.
- Close the form and look for it on the list.
- Tap «Productos» to work with it.
What you see · Agrega alianza
«Selecciona una institución del catálogo.»
Select an institution from the catalog.
What it means. You're in «Elegir del catálogo» but didn't choose any bank.
What to do.
- Search for the bank and choose it.
- If it doesn't appear, use «Agregar aliado o asociación».
What you see · Agrega alianza
«Esta institución ya existe en el catálogo; selecciónala en la lista.»
This institution already exists in the catalog; select it from the list.
What it means. In «Agregar aliado o asociación» you typed a name that's already in the catalog.
What to do.
- Switch to «Elegir del catálogo».
- Search for it and choose it.
What you see · Agrega alianza
«La institución seleccionada no está disponible.»
The selected institution isn't available.
What it means. The bank you chose is no longer active in the catalog.
What to do.
- Reload and choose another institution.
- If you work with it, add it with «Agregar aliado o asociación».
What you see · Agrega alianza
«Email de contacto con formato inválido.»
Contact email has an invalid format.
What it means. The email doesn't have a valid format.
What to do.
- Correct it, for example alianzas@banco.com, or leave it empty.
What you see · Agrega alianza
«Captura el porcentaje.»
Enter the percentage.
What it means. You marked the insurance as mandatory but didn't enter its percentage.
What to do.
- Type the percentage, between 0 and 100.
- If the bank doesn't require insurance, choose «No requiere».
What you see · Agrega alianza
«El porcentaje debe estar entre 0 y 100.»
The percentage must be between 0 and 100.
What it means. The insurance percentage is out of range.
What to do.
- Write it as a percentage, for example 3.5.
What you see · Agrega alianza
«El nombre debe generar un slug canónico sin números.»
The name must produce a canonical web address without numbers.
What it means. The new institution's name has numbers or only symbols.
What to do.
- Type the name without numbers, for example «Banco regional del sureste».
What you see · Agrega alianza
«No tienes permiso para agregar alianzas bancarias.»
You don't have permission to add bank partnerships.
What it means. Your role can't manage the agency's partners.
What to do.
- Ask the owner to add the bank or to give you the «Editar perfil de agencia» permission.
