Credit requests
What your agency receives when a buyer requests a credit quote, what each status means, and how you follow up.
Every time someone requests their quote in the simulator on one of your cars, it reaches you as an interaction of type «Crédito» ("Credit"). That way you know who they are, which bank they simulated with, how much they want to put down, and how much they'd pay per month.
Before you start
- Be in the Autos (cars) section of your panel. Credit interactions don't appear in Casas (homes).
- A role with access to the agency's cases.
Where you see them
- In Casos ("Cases"), on the «Interacciones de la tienda» ("Store interactions") screen. To see only credit ones, in «Filtrar por origen» ("Filter by source") choose «Crédito».
- In each car's detail, in the «Cotizaciones» ("Quotes") section («Cotizaciones recientes», "Recent quotes"): the contact, the term, the monthly payment, and the date of each quote for that car.
What each request includes
The title tells you how interested the buyer seems:
- «Lead caliente de crédito» ("Hot credit prospect"), with priority «critica» ("critical").
- «Lead tibio de crédito» ("Warm credit prospect") or «Lead frio de crédito» ("Cold credit prospect"), with priority «alta» ("high").
- «Cotización asistida de crédito» ("Assisted credit quote"), with priority «media» ("medium"), when someone on your team made it.
The description says who requested the quote, for which car, their contact, and why it was rated that way. Assisted quotes say they don't count as incoming demand.
When you open the interaction, the «Crédito» tab shows «Con qué simuló» ("What they simulated with"): the bank and the product, «Precio del vehículo» ("Vehicle price"), «Enganche» ("Down payment"), «Monto financiado» ("Financed amount"), «Plazo» ("Term"), «Tasa anual» ("Annual rate"), «Comisión por apertura» ("Origination fee"), «Pago mensual» ("Monthly payment"), «Intereses totales» ("Total interest"), «Costo total del crédito» ("Total cost of credit"), and whether the «PDF» was «Enviado» ("Sent") or «Pendiente» ("Pending").
Each interaction has a response deadline. On the row you see «Vence en 2 h» ("Due in 2 h") or, if it's already passed, «Venció hace 30 min» ("Overdue by 30 min") in red. With «Filtrar por vencimiento» ("Filter by due date") > «Solo vencidos» ("Overdue only") you see the ones that are already past due.
Statuses
It just arrived and nobody has taken it.
What you can do: Take it, contact the customer, or follow up.
Someone took it or already contacted the customer by WhatsApp or email from the interaction. It's assigned to that person.
What you can do: Record what happened with «Dar seguimiento» (Follow up).
You recorded a follow-up and it's still open. We remind you again in 24 or 48 hours depending on what you recorded.
What you can do: Update the follow-up or archive it.
The sale closed, it didn't work out, or you archived it. It's in the «Archivadas» (Archived) tab.
What you can do: Look it up.
The tabs at the top are «Abiertas» ("Open"), «En curso» ("In progress"), «Atendidas» ("Handled"), «Archivadas» ("Archived"), and «Todas» ("All"). If you search for a name or a phone number, it searches all the tabs.
Follow up
Take the interaction
Open it and tap «Tomar el caso» ("Take the case"). You see «Tomaste el caso; el seguimiento queda a tu nombre.» ("You took the case; the follow-up is now in your name.") and it moves to «En curso». If you write to the customer by WhatsApp or email from the interaction, it also moves to «En curso».
Record what happened
Tap «Dar seguimiento» ("Follow up"). In «¿Qué pasó con este contacto?» ("What happened with this contact?") choose:
- «Le escribí, no ha contestado» ("I wrote to them, they haven't replied"): we remind you again in 24 hours.
- «Contestó, está en conversación» ("They replied, we're talking"): we remind you again in 48 hours.
- «Agendó una cita» ("They booked an appointment"): we remind you again in 24 hours.
- «Cerró la venta» ("Closed the sale") or «No prosperó» ("Didn't work out"): closes the interaction.
If you want, write a note in «¿Qué te dijo? (opcional)» ("What did they tell you? (optional)") and tap «Guardar seguimiento» ("Save follow-up").
Check the result
If it stays open, you see «Seguimiento guardado; te avisamos en 24 horas.» ("Follow-up saved; we'll remind you in 24 hours.") (or 48) and it becomes «Atendida». The button changes to «Actualizar seguimiento» ("Update follow-up"). If you closed it, you see «Interacción cerrada.» ("Interaction closed.").
To remove it from your list without recording a result, use «Archivar» ("Archive"). You see «Interacción archivada» ("Interaction archived") and it moves to «Archivadas».
Quote a customer yourself
From a car's detail, in the «Cotizar» ("Quote") section, you can put together the quote for your customer: you choose «Producto de crédito» ("Credit product"), «Enganche», and «Plazo», and download it as a PDF or Excel file, or tap «Enviar cotización» ("Send quote").
When you send it, you choose the channel:
- «Chat Cliquéalo» ("Cliquéalo chat"): you choose the customer's conversation and it's sent as a quote card inside the chat.
- «WhatsApp externo» ("External WhatsApp"): you enter «Nombre del cliente» ("Customer name") and «WhatsApp», and check «Confirmo que el cliente autorizó recibir esta cotización por WhatsApp.» ("I confirm the customer authorized receiving this quote by WhatsApp.").
The ones you send by «WhatsApp externo» arrive as «Cotización asistida de crédito» and don't count as incoming demand. The ones you download or send through the chat don't create a new interaction.
The same happens if someone on your team uses the public simulator on one of your agency's cars: their quote counts as assisted.
The usual case
An interested buyer comes in
«Lead caliente de crédito» arrives. You take it, write to them on WhatsApp with their quote at hand, they book an appointment, and you record «Agendó una cita». It becomes «Atendida» and we remind you in 24 hours.
Something doesn't work the first time
The customer doesn't reply
You record «Le escribí, no ha contestado». It becomes «Atendida» and we remind you again in 24 hours to try again.
Worst case
Nobody handles it in time
The row shows «Venció hace…» ("Overdue by…") in red and it appears in «Solo vencidos». Take it as soon as possible; until it's closed, it keeps asking for attention.
Special case
Someone else already took it
It stays in the name of whoever took it first. If you take it afterward, it moves to your name. If it was already yours, you see «Este caso ya era tuyo.» ("This case was already yours.").
