Handle your prospects and follow up on every sale

Don't let any prospect go cold

A prospect nobody follows up with in time may end up buying somewhere else. That's why Cliquéalo gathers the people who need follow-up in one place: open «Interacciones de la tienda» (“Store interactions”) from the side menu. The panel is in Spanish, so each text comes with its translation.

Each interaction is a case: someone who requested a credit quote or who came from Mercado Libre. There you see who's handling it, how much time is left, and what comes next.

In this guide you'll take a case, contact the customer, and record what happened, so your whole team knows where each sale stands.

Take the case and reach out

Take it

Open the case and tap «Tomar el caso» (“Take the case”). You'll see «Tomaste el caso; el seguimiento queda a tu nombre.» (“You took the case; the follow-up is in your name.”) and the button changes to «Lo estás atendiendo» (“You're handling it”).

Write to them

Use «WhatsApp» to send a ready-made message, «Abrir en tu correo» (“Open in your email”), or «Enviar seguimiento» (“Send follow-up”), which emails them the car's spec sheet with photos, your name, and the store's phone.

Book a visit if they want to come

Tap «Agendar cita» (“Book appointment”) and choose a day and time, or describe it in words; for example, tomorrow afternoon.

Record what happened

After talking to the customer, tap «Dar seguimiento» (“Follow up”). In «¿Qué pasó con este contacto?» (“What happened with this contact?”) choose an option:

«Le escribí, no ha contestado» (“I wrote to them, no reply yet”)
«Contestó, está en conversación» (“They replied, we're talking”)
«Agendó una cita» (“They booked an appointment”)
«Cerró la venta» (“Closed the sale”)
«No prosperó» (“It didn't work out”)

If you want, add a note in «¿Qué te dijo? (opcional)» (“What did they say? (optional)”) and tap «Guardar seguimiento» (“Save follow-up”).

The first three keep the case open and remind you about it later. The last two close it. If something changes afterward, use «Actualizar seguimiento» (“Update follow-up”).

Read how each case is going

Each case goes through four states:

Abierta (“Open”): it arrived and nobody has taken it.
En curso (“In progress”): someone took it or already contacted the customer.
Atendida (“Handled”): you recorded a follow-up, but there's no outcome yet.
Cerrada (“Closed”): it sold, didn't work out, or was archived.

Inside each case, «Siguiente paso» (“Next step”) tells you what to do now. In the list, each case's deadline changes color as it gets closer, so you can see at a glance which one is urgent.

Keep in mind

Take the case before contacting the customer, so it's clear who's following up.
Sort the list «Por urgencia» (“By urgency”) to see the most overdue ones first.
As long as a case isn't closed, it keeps asking for attention.
To close a case without an outcome, use «Archivar» (“Archive”).

Tip

Record the follow-up right after you hang up or send the message. If you leave it for later, you'll forget what the customer told you.
