Connect your Mercado Libre account

Two storefronts, one inventory

If you already sell on Mercado Libre, connecting your account brings those cars into your Cliquéalo inventory. That way you manage them from one place, without entering them twice.

Before you start (the panel is in Spanish, so each text comes with its translation):

Your agency needs a plan that includes Mercado Libre. If yours doesn't, you'll see «Mercado Libre está incluido en los planes de 50 autos o más.» (“Mercado Libre is included in plans of 50 cars or more.”).
You need permission to manage connected apps. Without it, you'll see «Pide al dueño de la agencia que conecte la cuenta de Mercado Libre.» (“Ask the agency's owner to connect the Mercado Libre account.”).
Have your store's main Mercado Libre Mexico account at hand, the one that manages your ads.

Connect it in three steps

Open the section

Go to AjustesIntegracionesConectar aplicaciones (“Settings > Integrations > Connect apps”). There you see «Conecta tu cuenta» (“Connect your account”).

Tap «Conectar Mercado Libre» (“Connect Mercado Libre”)

A separate window opens. If your browser blocks pop-up windows, the authorization opens in the same tab.

Authorize in Mercado Libre

Sign in to Mercado Libre and accept the permissions. You'll see «Cuenta conectada» (“Account connected”) and the window closes by itself.

Your Mercado Libre password stays with Mercado Libre: the authorization happens there, and Cliquéalo never asks you for it.

While your cars come in

Back in Cliquéalo you see a progress screen with steps such as «Revisando publicaciones» (“Reviewing ads”), «Identificando autos» (“Identifying cars”), and «Vinculando inventario» (“Linking inventory”). Give it time; when it's done you see «Listo. Tu cuenta y tus publicaciones quedaron conectadas.» (“Done. Your account and your ads are connected.”) and your cars appear in your inventory.

After that, Cliquéalo catches up with your account on its own every so often. If you made a change in Mercado Libre and want to see it now, tap «Sincronizar» (“Sync”).

If you see «La cuenta quedó conectada, pero no pudimos traer tus autos. Intenta sincronizar de nuevo.» (“The account is connected, but we couldn't bring in your cars. Try syncing again.”), tap «Sincronizar» and you're set.

Keep in mind

Tap your account at the top of the screen to open «Cuentas conectadas» (“Connected accounts”): there you see its status and how many cars it has.
With «Conectar otra cuenta» (“Connect another account”) you add another Mercado Libre account.
If your account says «Requiere atención» (“Needs attention”), tap «Sincronizar» to retry. If it says «Autorización vencida» (“Authorization expired”), tap «Conectar de nuevo» (“Connect again”).
If you disconnect it, your ads on Mercado Libre aren't deleted.

Tip

When you publish a car from your panel, check your account in «Publicar también en» (“Also publish on”). That way it goes out on Cliquéalo and Mercado Libre at once.
