Invite your team to Cliquéalo

Everyone with their own account

When your team shares a single password, nobody knows who answered what or who changed a price. If you invite each person, they sign in with their own account and see the agency according to their role.

That way a salesperson handles their messages and appointments, and you keep control of what only you should handle, like payments.

Before you start, check two things: your plan must include a team, and you need the «Invitar miembros» (“Invite members”) permission. Have handy the email each person will use to sign in. The panel is in Spanish, so each text comes with its translation.

Send the invitation

Open your team

Go to AjustesMi agenciaEquipo (“Settings > My agency > Team”) and tap «Invitar usuario» (“Invite user”).

Enter their email and choose their role

In «Correo» (“Email”) type the person's email. In «Rol» (“Role”) choose «Vendedor» (“Salesperson”), which is selected by default, «Gerente» (“Manager”), or «Administrador» (“Administrator”).

Send

Tap «Enviar invitación» (“Send invitation”). While it goes out, the button says «Enviando...» (“Sending...”).

Each role sees and can do different things. If you're unsure which one to give, check what each includes in «Roles y permisos» (“Roles and permissions”), in your agency's settings.

What happens next

It depends on whether that person already has a Cliquéalo account.

If they don't have an account, you see «Invitación enviada.» (“Invitation sent.”) and they get an email with the «Aceptar invitación» (“Accept invitation”) button. Until they accept, it shows up in «Invitaciones pendientes» (“Pending invitations”). They must sign in or create their account with the same email the invitation went to.

If they already have an account, they join your agency right away: you see «Usuario registrado agregado a la agencia.» (“Registered user added to the agency.”) and they appear at once in «Miembros» (“Members”). If they already had their own store, they need to choose your agency in their account menu, under «Trabajar como» (“Work as”).

Keep in mind

An expired invitation shows as «Expirada» (“Expired”). Tap «Reenviar» (“Resend”) to send a new one.
«Cancelar» (“Cancel”) voids an invitation that's still pending.
If you invite someone who's already on your team with a different role, their role is changed.
The owner role can't be invited.

Tip

Start with the salesperson role and give more permissions only when they're needed. It's easier to add than to take away.
