The homes catalog
How to search, filter, sort, and locate on the map the properties published at cliquealo.mx/casas.
The homes catalog is at cliquealo.mx/casas. There you see every property published for sale and for rent, in a list and on a map. You can search without an account; after you open a few properties, we ask you to create an account or sign in to keep browsing (see View an ad).
To get there from the cars catalog, use the selector in the top bar and tap "Homes".
How it looks
- On a computer: the map on the left and the list on the right, with the heading "Homes and apartments in Mexico".
- On a phone: you see the list. The "Map" button at the bottom switches to the map, and "List" takes you back.
While you haven't filtered, below the heading it reads "Homes available in the catalog.". With filters or a search, "Matches for your filters and search.".
Search
Type in the search bar ("Search homes, agencies, neighborhood or ZIP...") and press Enter. You can search by neighborhood, ZIP code, or real estate agency name.
If you search by text, state, or city, "Matching agencies" can appear above the properties with the real estate agencies that match.
Filter
Open the filters
Tap "Filters" in the top bar. If you already have filters applied, the button shows how many.
Choose what you're looking for
- "Property type": house, apartment, land, and so on.
- "Operation": sale or rent.
- "State" and "City". When you change the state, the city is cleared if it doesn't belong to it.
- "Bedrooms (min.)".
- "Area from" and "Area up to".
- "Price range".
Apply
Tap "Apply". "Clear filters" removes all of them; "Cancel" closes without changing anything.
You can also narrow just the price with the "Price" button in the bar: you choose the range and tap "Apply", or "Clear" to erase it.
Sort
In "Sort" you choose:
- "Relevance" (the order it opens with).
- "Newest listings".
- "Price: low to high" and "Price: high to low".
- "Area: largest".
No order puts paid ads on top: if you ask for price, you get price.
The map
- Each property is a pin with its short price. For rentals, the price carries "/mo".
- At the top left you see how many there are in the visible area, for example "12 homes in this area", or "No homes in this area".
- When you tap a pin, a card opens with the photo, title, neighborhood, and price. Tap the card to go to the property's page.
- Moving or zooming the map updates the counter, but it doesn't filter the list. To narrow the list, use "State" and "City" in the filters.
The pin marks the area, not the address
The pin is placed at the center of the property's ZIP code or city, with a small offset so pins don't overlap. It never shows the exact address. Ask whoever published it.
If there are no properties in the area and your browser already has location permission for the site, the map centers on where you are.
List states
You see the properties that match, in the order you chose in "Sort".
Your search or your filters leave nothing.
What you can do: Follow the suggestion "Try widening the price range or removing a filter."
The catalog doesn't have properties yet.
What you can do: Come back soon.
The usual case
You're looking for an apartment for rent in your city
You open "Filters", choose «Departamento» ("Apartment"), «Renta» ("Rent"), your state, and your city, and apply. The list and the map show only those properties.
Something doesn't work the first time
You search by neighborhood
You type the neighborhood in the search. You see the matching properties and, if there are any, the real estate agencies in that area.
Worst case
Nothing shows up
"No home matches your filters" appears. Remove "Bedrooms (min.)" or widen the price and area range.
Special case
A property is in the list but not on the map
It's missing a recognizable location (ZIP code or city). You can open it from the list without any problem.
