Sign up as a real estate agency
Enable the Casas section in your account to publish and manage properties.
Signing up as a real estate agency enables the Casas (homes) section in your panel. You use the same account, the same email, and the same password; no new account is created.
Before you start
- You need a Cliquéalo account and to be signed in. If you don't have an account, see Create your account.
- Have the business name you want to appear under handy, if it's different from your account's or agency's name.
If you don't have an account yet
If you come from the homes catalog and tap sign up, the sign-up screen says "Create an account to publish, save properties, and manage your agency.". When you confirm your email, we ask how you're going to sell: «Particular» ("Individual") or «Inmobiliaria» ("Real estate agency"). With «Inmobiliaria» you go straight to «Date de alta como inmobiliaria» ("Sign up as a real estate agency"). See Welcome when you create your account.
If you already have an account
Open the Casas section
In your panel, at the top right, tap «Casas» ("Homes"). If you aren't a real estate agency yet, the «Date de alta como inmobiliaria» ("Sign up as a real estate agency") screen opens.
Choose the business name
In «Nombre comercial» ("Business name") choose an option:
- «Usar el mismo nombre» ("Use the same name"): uses your agency's or your account's name, which appears right there after the colon.
- «Usar otro nombre para la inmobiliaria» ("Use another name for the real estate agency"): the «Nombre de la inmobiliaria» ("Real estate agency name") field opens. It's required and accepts up to 120 characters.
Enable the section
Tap the button at the bottom of the form. While it's processing, it says «Habilitando...» ("Enabling..."). When it's done, your panel opens in the Casas section.
What happens next
- Your panel stays in the Casas section, and the selector at the top right lets you go back to «Autos» ("Cars") whenever you want.
- If you open the sign-up screen again when you're already a real estate agency, it takes you back to your panel.
- On the same screen you see the notice: «El logo y el escaparate inmobiliario se configuran después; los planes y precios para inmobiliarias estarán disponibles pronto.» ("The logo and the real estate storefront are set up later; plans and prices for real estate agencies will be available soon.").
Your agency is the same
If you already have a car agency, the Casas section uses that same agency: the same team and the same roles. The business name you choose here doesn't change your agency's name.

You use the same name
You leave the first option selected, enable the section, and within seconds you're in the Casas panel, ready to publish.
Something doesn't work the first time
Your real estate agency has another brand
You choose «Usar otro nombre para la inmobiliaria», type the name, and enable it. Your agency keeps its original name.
Worst case
You got the name wrong
Once the section is enabled, the sign-up screen no longer opens and the name can't be changed from there.
Special case
You already published a home before signing up
The Casas section is already enabled. When you tap «Casas» you go straight in, without going through this screen.
Errors
What you see · Sign up as a real estate agency
«El nombre comercial no puede exceder 120 caracteres.»
The business name can't exceed 120 characters.
What it means. The name you typed is too long.
What to do.
- Shorten the name to 120 characters or fewer.
- Tap the button again to enable the section.
