Autos and Casas, what changes
How you switch between the cars section and the homes section, and what looks different in your panel and in the catalog.
You have a single account, but the panel is split into two sections: Autos (cars) and Casas (homes). What you publish in one doesn't appear in the other. That way, if you sell cars and also properties, each inventory is kept separately.
Switch sections in your panel
At the top right of your panel there's a selector with two options: «Autos» ("Cars") and «Casas» ("Homes"). The one in black is the section you're in.
Tap the section you want
Tap «Casas» or «Autos». The panel reloads with that section's inventory, cases, and settings.
If the section isn't enabled
- If you tap «Casas» and you aren't a real estate agency yet, it takes you to the «Date de alta como inmobiliaria» ("Sign up as a real estate agency") screen. See Sign up as a real estate agency.
- If you tap «Autos» and you didn't have it enabled, it's enabled right then, with no form.
Your panel remembers the last section you opened. The next time you come in, it opens right there.
Note
If you publish or save a property from the publishing form (choosing «Casa» ("House") in «¿Qué vas a publicar?» ("What are you going to publish?")), the Casas section is enabled in your account even if you didn't fill in the real estate agency sign-up.
What changes in your panel
| In the Autos section | In the Casas section |
|---|---|
| The inventory shows your cars. | The inventory shows your properties and the icon changes to a building. |
| The shortcut says «Publicar auto» ("Publish car"). | The shortcut says «Publicar propiedad» ("Publish property"). |
| In each car's detail you have the «Cotizar» ("Quote") section to put together a credit quote. | A property's detail has no «Cotizar»: properties aren't quoted with credit. You do have «Citas» ("Appointments"), «Mensajes» ("Messages"), and «Cotizaciones» ("Quotes"). |
| In Settings you see «Conectar aplicaciones» ("Connect apps") (Mercado Libre), «Aliados y financieras» ("Partners and lenders"), and «Productos aliados» ("Partner products"). | Those three options don't appear. |
| Cases, appointments, and messages come from car buyers. | Cases, appointments, and messages come from people interested in your properties; the appointments are visits. |
Everything else works the same: the team, roles, appointments, messages, ad review, and statuses. A property's statuses are the same as a car's; see Car statuses.

The public site's top bar has a selector with "Cars" and "Homes" to go from one catalog to the other.
The usual case
You only sell properties
You sign up as a real estate agency, your panel opens in Casas, and you always work there.
Something doesn't work the first time
You sell cars and homes
You switch with the selector depending on what you're going to handle. Each section has its own inventory and its own cases.
Worst case
You can't find an ad
Most often you're in the other section. Check the selector at the top right and switch to «Autos» or «Casas».
Special case
You're looking for partners or credit products and they don't appear
You're in the Casas section. Switch to «Autos»: financing only exists for cars. See Financing.
