What Lo hacemos por ti is
What the Cliquéalo team does in your account and what guarantees you have when you subscribe.
It's a service separate from your plan. On screen it's presented like this: «Tu equipo, sin contratar a nadie» ("Your team, without hiring anyone"). The Cliquéalo team operates your account with the hours and response time you choose. It isn't a package of hours: it's a service level agreement (SLA).
What the team does for you
| On screen | What it includes |
|---|---|
| «Tu inventario al día» ("Your inventory up to date") | We add your cars, complete each spec sheet, and keep it up to date. |
| «Tus compradores atendidos» ("Your buyers taken care of") | We answer questions, follow up with interested buyers, and schedule appointments. |
| «Tu venta en movimiento» ("Your sales in motion") | We take your cars to your channels, look after prices, and support you with partner banks and campaigns. |
| «Tú mantienes el control» ("You stay in control") | You decide what we can do; what matters reaches you for approval and everything is recorded. |
Guarantees
- «Con los permisos que tú nos das» ("With the permissions you give us"): the team only does what you check in AjustesLo hacemos por tiPermisos ("Settings > Lo hacemos por ti > Permissions").
- «Horario y respuesta garantizados» ("Guaranteed hours and response"): they depend on the package you subscribe to.
- «Lo cambias o lo cancelas cuando quieras» ("Change it or cancel it whenever you want").
At the bottom of the packages it also reads: «Se cobra cada mes con tarjeta, aparte de tu plan. Nunca actuamos fuera de lo que autorices.» ("It's charged monthly by card, separate from your plan. We never act outside what you authorize.")
Go through the presentation
When you open «Lo hacemos por ti» without having subscribed, you see a six-screen presentation: «Presentación» ("Introduction"), «Inventario» ("Inventory"), «Compradores» ("Buyers"), «Ventas» ("Sales"), «Control», and «Paquetes» ("Packages").
Move forward
Tap «Descubre cómo» ("Find out how") on the first screen and then «Siguiente» ("Next"). On the second-to-last screen the button says «Ver paquetes» ("See packages").
Skip ahead or go back
At the top there's a progress bar: tap any segment to go to that screen. The «Ver paquetes» button takes you straight to the end, and «Anterior» ("Previous") takes you back one.
Start over
On the packages screen, «Ver de nuevo» ("Watch again") takes you back to the presentation.
