Cliquéalo team permissions
Decide what the team can do in your agency, with what price limit, until when, and whether you review everything first.
Permissions (on screen they're also called «Mandato», "Mandate") say what the Cliquéalo team can do for your agency. Without permissions, the team can prepare work for you, but not apply changes.
They're in AjustesLo hacemos por tiPermisos ("Settings > Lo hacemos por ti > Permissions").
Before you start
- You subscribe to the service. See Subscribe.
- You can manage the agency.
Guarantees
At the top of the screen you see three guarantees:
- «Solo con tus permisos» ("Only with your permissions"): the team only does what you check and respects the limits you set.
- «Todo queda registrado» ("Everything is recorded"): every change goes into your agency's log, with who made it, when, and why.
- «Lo revocas cuando quieras» ("Revoke it whenever you want"): when you revoke it, the team stops applying changes right then.
What you can delegate

Give or update permissions
Check the permissions
In «¿Qué puede hacer el equipo de Cliquéalo?» ("What can the Cliquéalo team do?") check only what you want to delegate. What you don't check stays out of its reach. You need at least one.
Set the maximum price adjustment
It's only enabled if you checked «Ajustar precios». It's how much the price can go up or down compared with the suggested one, from 0 to 100 %. Use 0 so it doesn't move it.
Choose the validity (optional)
In «Vigencia (opcional)» ("Valid until (optional)") choose a date from today onward: the permissions end when that day is over. Without a date, they're valid until you withdraw them. «Quitar fecha» ("Remove date") erases the one you set.
Decide whether you approve everything first
«Revisar y aprobar todo antes de que se aplique» ("Review and approve everything before it's applied") comes checked and is recommended: what the team prepares goes to «Por aprobar» ("To approve") and isn't published until you approve it. If you uncheck it, the team will be able to apply changes directly, always within your permissions and limits.
Save
Tap «Dar permisos» ("Give permissions") (or «Guardar cambios», "Save changes", if you already had them). You see «Listo. Nuestro equipo ya puede trabajar dentro de estos permisos.» ("Done. Our team can now work within these permissions.") or «Permisos actualizados.» ("Permissions updated.")
The changes apply immediately to everything the team does from that moment on.
Permission statuses
In «Mandato actual» ("Current mandate") you see the permissions you gave, the maximum adjustment, whether there's prior approval, the validity, who granted them, and the last update. Their status appears next to the title:
The Cliquéalo team can work within these permissions.
What you can do: Update them or revoke them.
The validity ends in 30 days or less. The team can still work.
What you can do: Extend the validity date.
The validity date passed. The team can't apply changes.
What you can do: Set a new date or remove it and save.
You withdrew the permissions. They appear in «Permisos retirados» (Withdrawn permissions).
What you can do: Give new permissions whenever you want.
Revoke the permissions
Tap «Revocar mandato» ("Revoke mandate")
It's next to «Mandato actual». The «¿Retirar los permisos?» ("Withdraw the permissions?") window opens.
Confirm
Tap «Retirar permisos» ("Withdraw permissions") (or «Conservar mandato», "Keep mandate", if you change your mind). You see «Permisos retirados. Nuestro equipo ya no puede aplicar cambios en tu agencia.» ("Permissions withdrawn. Our team can no longer apply changes in your agency.")
What was already applied stays as it is. Pending proposals remain in «Por aprobar» for you to approve or reject. The withdrawn mandate appears in «Permisos retirados», with who granted it, who revoked it, and when.
The usual case
You give permissions with prior approval
The status is «Vigente» and everything the team prepares reaches you in «Por aprobar».
Something doesn't work the first time
Your permissions are about to expire
The status changes to «Por vencer» and the text tells you on what date they expire. Extend the validity if you want the team to keep working.
Worst case
Your permissions expired
The status is «Vencido». In «Por aprobar» and «Tus pedidos» ("Your requests") you see the notice «Tus permisos vencieron» ("Your permissions expired") with the «Actualizar permisos» ("Update permissions") button.
Special case
Someone else changed the permissions while you were editing
When you save, an error appears asking you to reload the page. Reload and check the current version before saving again.

«Elige al menos un permiso para el equipo de Cliquéalo.»
Choose at least one permission for the Cliquéalo team.
What it means. You didn't check any permission.
What to do.
- Check at least one permission and save again. If you don't want to delegate anything, use «Revocar mandato».
What you see · Permissions, when saving
«Captura el ajuste máximo de precio. Usa 0 si el equipo no debe mover tus precios.»
Enter the maximum price adjustment. Use 0 if the team shouldn't move your prices.
What it means. You checked «Ajustar precios» but left the maximum adjustment empty.
What to do.
- Type a percentage between 0 and 100.
What you see · Permissions, when saving
«La vigencia no puede ser una fecha pasada.»
The validity can't be a past date.
What it means. The validity date has already passed.
What to do.
- Choose today or a future date, or tap «Quitar fecha».

The permissions changed while you were editing them. Reload the page to see the current version.
What it means. Someone else in your agency saved or revoked the permissions while you were editing them. You may also see «Tu agencia ya tiene permisos vigentes. Recarga la página para actualizarlos.» ("Your agency already has current permissions. Reload the page to update them.") or «Los permisos que editabas ya se retiraron. Recarga la página para dar nuevos.» ("The permissions you were editing were already withdrawn. Reload the page to give new ones.")

- Reload the page.
- Check the current permissions and save again if needed.
