What Lo hacemos por ti unlocks
The Cliquéalo team's section in your settings and what you see when you haven't subscribed yet.
When you subscribe to the service, AjustesLo hacemos por ti ("Settings > Lo hacemos por ti") is activated. Its description in settings is «Qué puede hacer nuestro equipo en tu cuenta, lo que le pides y lo que falta aprobar.» ("What our team can do in your account, what you ask of it, and what's left to approve.")
If Cliquéalo manages your plan and it already includes Lo hacemos por ti, the section is active without subscribing to anything separately. See Plan managed by Cliquéalo.
The three screens
The section's side menu is called «Lo hacemos por ti», with the caption «Nuestro equipo trabaja en tu cuenta; lo importante te llega para aprobar.» ("Our team works in your account; what matters reaches you for approval.") It has three options:
| Option | What it's for |
|---|---|
| «Por aprobar» ("To approve") | You review what the team prepared and approve or reject it. If there are pending items, the option shows how many. It's the screen the section opens on. |
| «Permisos» ("Permissions") | You decide what the team can do, with what limits, and until when. |
| «Tus pedidos» ("Your requests") | You request work from the team and see what you've already requested. |

Who sees the section
The owner and those who can manage the agency see it. If your role isn't enough, the section shows «Esta sección no está disponible para tu cuenta o tu rol. Si crees que deberías verla, pide acceso al dueño o a un administrador.» ("This section isn't available for your account or your role. If you think you should see it, ask the owner or an administrator for access.")
If you haven't subscribed yet
In AjustesLo hacemos por ti you see this illustration with the title «Deja que nuestro equipo lo haga por ti» ("Let our team do it for you") and the text «Contrata el servicio y aquí decides qué puede hacer nuestro equipo en tu cuenta, le pides trabajo y apruebas lo importante.» ("Subscribe to the service and here you decide what our team can do in your account, request work from it, and approve what matters.")

The usual case
Service active
You go into «Por aprobar» and from the side menu you switch to «Permisos» or «Tus pedidos».
Something doesn't work the first time
Service active, no current permissions
You see the three screens, but «Por aprobar» and «Tus pedidos» show a notice to give or update permissions.
Worst case
Service not subscribed or already ended
You see the illustration with «Ver paquetes» instead of the three screens.
Special case
Your role can't manage the agency
You see the section not available notice. Ask the owner or an administrator for access.
