Your agency and your team
Where to manage your agency's details, its storefront, verification, branches, and the people who work with you.
Everything about your agency lives in «Ajustes» ("Settings"). To open it, tap your name at the bottom of the side menu. There you'll find the «Mi agencia» ("My agency") group (or «Mi perfil» ("My profile"), if your account is an individual profile).

| «Resumen» ("Summary") | Your plan, how many cars fit, and how your verification is going. |
| «Escaparate» ("Storefront") | Logo, header, contact, address, and branches. In an individual profile it's called «Perfil público» ("Public profile"). |
| «Verificación» ("Verification") | Your agency's verified check. |
| «Equipo» ("Team") | The people with access, pending invitations, and their assignments. |
| «Roles y permisos» ("Roles and permissions") | What each role on your team can do. |
| «WhatsApp» (in the «Integraciones» ("Integrations") group) | The salespeople who get notices by WhatsApp. |
Not everyone sees every section. It depends on the account type, your plan, and your role's permissions. If you open a section you don't have access to, the screen tells you so instead of showing you the details.
If you sell real estate
In real estate accounts, for now you can only set up the general details in «Escaparate». There you'll see «Los planes y precios para inmobiliarias estarán disponibles pronto. Por ahora configura los datos generales de tu cuenta.» ("Plans and pricing for real estate agencies will be available soon. For now, set up your account's general details.").
