Remove someone from the team
Revoke a person's access to your agency when they stop working with you.
When someone leaves your agency, revoke their access. They stop belonging to the agency and lose their permissions in it. Their Cliquéalo account and their history aren't deleted.
Before you start
- You need the «Gestionar roles de agencia» ("Manage agency roles") permission. See Roles and permissions.
- You can't revoke the owner or yourself: the «Revocar» ("Revoke") button doesn't appear in those rows.
Revoke access
Find the person
Go to AjustesMi agenciaEquipo ("Settings > My agency > Team") and find them in «Miembros» ("Members").
Tap «Revocar»
The «Revocar acceso» ("Revoke access") window opens with their name and email.
Confirm
Tap «Revocar acceso». While it's processing you see «Revocando...» ("Revoking...") and the window can't be closed. When it's done you see «Acceso del miembro revocado.» ("Member's access revoked.") and the person leaves «Miembros».
If you only picked the wrong role, don't revoke them: change their role with «Rol» ("Role"). If the person had an invitation they hadn't accepted, instead of revoking go to «Invitaciones pendientes» ("Pending invitations") and tap «Cancelar» ("Cancel"). The steps are in Invite your team.
The usual case
A salesperson leaves
You revoke their access. They can no longer get into your agency; their account still exists in case they work with another one.
Something doesn't work the first time
They come back to work with you
Invite them again from «Invitar usuario» ("Invite user"). Since they already have an account, they join directly with the role you choose.
Worst case
You want to leave yourself
You can't revoke yourself from this panel. Ask the owner or an administrator to do it.
Special case
You want to remove the owner
The owner can't be revoked from the panel. If the agency changes owners, contact the Cliquéalo team.
Errors and how to fix them
What you see · Revocar acceso
«No puedes revocar tu propio acceso desde este panel.»
You can't revoke your own access from this panel.
What it means. You tried to remove yourself.
What to do. Ask another person with permission to do it.
What you see · Revocar acceso
«No se puede revocar al dueño de la agencia.»
The agency owner can't be revoked.
What it means. The person is the agency's owner.
What to do. The owner stays. If you need to change the owner, contact the Cliquéalo team.
What you see · Revocar acceso
«El usuario no pertenece a esta agencia.»
The user doesn't belong to this agency.
What it means. That person was no longer in your agency; maybe someone else revoked them first.
What to do. Reload the page to see the updated list.
What you see · Revocar acceso
«No tienes permiso para revocar miembros.»
You don't have permission to revoke members.
What it means. Your role doesn't have «Gestionar roles de agencia».
What to do. Ask the owner or an administrator to do it.
