Your public profile
What a buyer sees when they visit your agency's or your profile's page, and where each detail comes from.
Every account has a public page with its own web address: cliquealo.mx/agencias/tu-agencia. For agencies we call it the storefront («escaparate»); for individual profiles, the public profile («perfil público»). You'll find it in AjustesMi agenciaEscaparate ("Settings > My agency > Storefront"), in the «URL pública» ("Public URL") row, or with the «Ver escaparate público» ("View public storefront") button, «Ver perfil público» ("View public profile") in an individual profile.
What's shown
The header
Your header with the «Gradiente» ("Gradient") color you chose, your logo in the shape you chose, and your name. Above the name it says «Agencia en Cliquéalo» ("Agency on Cliquéalo") or «Perfil individual en Cliquéalo» ("Individual profile on Cliquéalo"). Below it goes your location: neighborhood, city, and state.
The verified check
If your agency is verified, the check appears next to the name. When you hover over it, it says «Agencia moral verificada» ("Verified legal-entity agency") in blue or «Vendedor con actividad empresarial verificado» ("Verified seller with business activity") in purple. See Verification.
The contact buttons
Only the ones you made public appear: your phone, «WhatsApp», your email, and «Sitio web» ("Website").
Your inventory
In «Inventario disponible» ("Available inventory"), or «Auto publicado» ("Published car") in an individual profile, your Publicado cars appear, along with how many units you have published. Cars in other statuses aren't shown.
The invitation to contact you
At the end, «¿Te interesa una unidad?» ("Interested in a unit?") with the «Escribir a la agencia» ("Write to the agency"), «WhatsApp», and «Llamar a la agencia» ("Call the agency") buttons (in an individual profile, «Escribir al vendedor» ("Write to the seller") and «Llamar al vendedor» ("Call the seller")).

One number for calls and for WhatsApp
The WhatsApp button uses the same contact phone. If you check «Mostrar teléfono y WhatsApp en el perfil público» ("Show phone and WhatsApp on the public profile"), both are shown.
The usual case
Complete storefront
You have a logo, a header, public contact details, and published cars. The buyer sees everything and contacts you with one tap.
Something doesn't work the first time
Private contact
You turned off email and phone. Instead of the buttons, the buyer reads «Esta agencia mantiene privados sus datos de contacto.» ("This agency keeps its contact details private."), or «Este perfil mantiene privados sus datos de contacto.» ("This profile keeps its contact details private.") in an individual profile. They can still write to you through the Cliquéalo chat.
Worst case
No published cars
The page says «Aún no hay unidades publicadas.» ("There are no published units yet.") and, below it, one of these texts with «Vuelve pronto o explora el catálogo completo.» ("Come back soon or browse the full catalog.") and the «Ver todo el catálogo» ("See the whole catalog") button:
- «Esta agencia está preparando su inventario» ("This agency is getting its inventory ready"), if your agency hasn't published its first car yet. This is what a newly activated lot shows.
- «Esta agencia aún no tiene unidades publicadas» ("This agency doesn't have any published units yet"), if you published before and now have none published.
- «Este perfil aún no tiene unidades publicadas» ("This profile doesn't have any published units yet"), in an individual profile.
Publish, or check your En espera cars in On hold for lack of room.
Special case
No logo or header
Instead of the logo you see a building icon (or a person icon, in an individual profile) and the header shows only the color you chose.
