Notices and notifications
What pop-up notices are, how the live notifications bell works, and what to do with each one.
Cliquéalo lets you know in two ways: with pop-up notices, which appear for a moment in a corner of the screen, and with the panel's notifications bell, which keeps updates while the page is open.
Pop-up notices
They appear on their own and go away after a few seconds. They come in five forms:
Something went well, for example «Passkey guardada.» ("Passkey saved.") or "Signed out.".
What you can do: Carry on with what you were doing.
Something is being done. It has a spinning indicator, for example "Signing out..." or «Aceptando invitación...» ("Accepting invitation..."). When it finishes, it turns into a done or error notice.
What you can do: Wait.
We're telling you something or a live update arrived.
What you can do: Tap its button if it has one: «Ver cita» ("View appointment"), «Responder» ("Reply"), «Atender» ("Handle"), or «Abrir» ("Open").
Something needs you to act soon, like a new prospect from a channel or something about to be due. It stays for 20 seconds.
What you can do: Tap «Atender».
Something couldn't be done. The text says what happened.
What you can do: Follow what it says. The most common ones are in "Common error messages".
Notices that stay at the top of the panel
Some notices don't go away on their own: they stay at the top of your panel for as long as what they warn about lasts.
| Notice | When it appears | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The «Prueba · N días» ("Trial · N days") chip | Your lot is on its trial without a card. It appears above the content, next to the «Autos» / «Casas» ("Cars" / "Homes") switch. | Tap «Agregar tarjeta» ("Add card") if you want to keep going without a pause. |
| «Te quedan N días de tu prueba de …» ("You have N days left in your … trial") | In the last days of your trial, instead of the chip. It's yellow. | Tap «Agregar tarjeta». |
| «Tu cuenta está en pausa» ("Your account is paused") | Your trial ended without a card. | Tap «Reanudar» ("Resume") and add your card. |
The chip and the notice for the last days of the trial are seen by the owner and whoever manages billing. Your whole team sees «Tu cuenta está en pausa», but «Reanudar» only appears for whoever can pay. See Trial without a card.
The notifications bell
The bell is in the panel's top bar. When there are unread updates, it's colored and carries a number (up to «9+»).
Open it
«Notificaciones» ("Notifications") opens with «Citas, pagos y mensajes en vivo» ("Live appointments, payments, and messages"). When you open it, all of them are marked as read.
Tap a notification
Each one says what happened, at what time, and, if it applies, an action such as «Ver cita», «Responder», «Atender», or «Abrir». Tapping it takes you to where it is.
Dismiss what you've already seen
Hover over a notification and tap the X to dismiss it, or use «Limpiar» ("Clear") to remove all of them.
If there's nothing, you see «Todo al día» ("All caught up") and «Las novedades aparecerán aquí sin recargar la página.» ("Updates will appear here without reloading the page.").
What it tells you about
- New appointments.
- Credit quotes.
- Messages from customers and from your team.
- Prospects that come in from your connected channels.
- Confirmed payments and overdue payments (these have the icon in red).
- The end of your trial without a card («Tu prueba terminó», "Your trial ended") and when your account is active again («Cuenta reactivada», "Account reactivated").
- Reminders about something about to be due or overdue.
The bell keeps up to 30 notifications. It doesn't notify you of what you did yourself.
Notifications that can't be dismissed
Some aren't updates but pending items: something was left halfway. Those have no X and stay until you resolve what causes them. «Limpiar» doesn't remove them either.
The screen updates on its own
When an update arrives that affects what you're looking at, the screen refreshes on its own in less than a second. You don't have to reload.
The bell's sound
In «Notificaciones», the speaker button turns the sound off or on: it says «Silenciar sonido» ("Mute sound") when it's on and «Activar sonido» ("Turn on sound") when it's off. When you turn it on, it plays once so you can check it. It also turns off the conversation windows sound. It's remembered in this browser and applies to all its tabs.
Each update plays only once. If the message or interaction opens in a conversation window, the window plays and the bell only records it. If you have the panel in several tabs, it plays in just one. Browsers, especially Safari on iPhone, don't let anything play until you tap the page once. See Sounds.
The usual case
Something doesn't work the first time
A prospect arrives from a channel
An attention notice appears and lasts 20 seconds. If you didn't manage to tap it, it's in the bell.
Worst case
Your account is suspended while you're working
A red notice appears and we take you to the suspension screen. See Suspended account.
Special case
A notification can't be dismissed
It's a pending item. Tap it to go resolve it.
