Run the numbers before you fall in love

Before you go after a car, it's good to know whether the monthly payment fits your budget. The simulator on each ad tells you how much you'd pay per month with the banks that finance that specific car.

It's informational: it doesn't ask for paperwork or affect your credit report, and you don't need an account to use it. For example, if the car costs 280 thousand pesos and you have 60 thousand for the down payment, in a couple of minutes you see what the monthly payment would be over different terms.

In this guide you'll build your simulation and request the quote.

Build your simulation in four steps

Open the simulator

On the ad, tap “Estimate financing” and then “Start”.

Choose a product

In “Which product do you prefer?” compare how much each bank lends, the minimum down payment, the annual rate, and the terms.

Set your down payment

In “How much upfront?” move the slider or type the amount. Below it you see the range that bank allows.

Choose the term

In “Over how many months?” tap the one you prefer.

“Back” takes you back one step whenever you want.

Read the result and take the quote with you

In “Your simulation” you see the “Estimated monthly payment”, the term, and the rate. If you want the detail, tap “View amortization table” to see your first payments.

To keep it handy, in “Get your quote” enter your email, your WhatsApp, or both, and tap “Get my quote”. It arrives with a «Folio» (“Reference number”) and, under «Te atiende» (“Looking after you”), who to reach to follow up. If you call, mention the reference number.

If you're already signed in, you can also tap “Save simulation” and check it later in “My simulations”, from your account menu.

Keep in mind

It's an estimate: the actual rate depends on your profile and on the bank's approval, and it doesn't include optional insurance or administrative fees.
In the catalog, the “Financing” chip tells you which cars are eligible for credit.
If your down payment doesn't fit a product, the simulator tells you the minimum or maximum that bank accepts.
The available banks change depending on the car and who's selling it.

Tip

Try the same car with two different terms. Sometimes a few more pesos a month save you quite a bit in interest.
