Reset your Cliquéalo password

It happens to everyone

You forgot your password right when a buyer messaged you. No problem: you request an email, create a new password, and you're back in within a couple of minutes.

You don't need to be signed in to do it. The only thing you really need is access to the email you use to sign in to Cliquéalo.

In this guide you'll see how to request the email, how to choose your new password, and what to do if the email doesn't arrive or the link no longer works.

Request the recovery email

Open password recovery

On the sign-in screen, below the “Sign in” button, tap “Forgot password?”.

Enter your email

In “Reset password” type your account's email and tap “Send code”.

Check your inbox

You'll see “Check your email.”. For security, the message is the same even if that email has no account, so make sure it's spelled correctly.

Choose your new password

Open the “Reset your password” email and tap “Set a new password”. The email itself tells you how long it's valid.

You land on the “New password” screen. Type your password in “Password” and repeat it in “Confirm password”. It must have at least 8 characters.

Tap “Update password”. You'll see “Password updated.” and we take you to sign in so you can enter with the new one.

Keep in mind

Email not arriving? Check spam or promotions and request it again from “Reset password”.
If the screen says “Invalid link”, the link has expired: tap “Send another link” and always use the most recent email.
If you request several emails in a row, the button shows a countdown. Wait for it to finish and try again.
If your account has a passkey, you may not even need a password: try signing in with it.

Tip

Add recovery emails in your account's security section before you need them. They help you get back in if you ever lose access to your main email.
