Nothing beats seeing it in person

Photos help, but you decide on a car in person: how it sounds, how it feels to drive, what it looks like inside. Requesting an appointment from the ad makes sure someone is expecting you when you arrive.

You don't need an account. You just leave your name and your WhatsApp, choose when you want to go, and that's it: updates about your appointment reach you on WhatsApp.

In this guide you'll see the three steps of the request and what to do if you can't find a time that works for you.

Your details and the time

Open the request

On the ad, tap “Request appointment”.

Say who it's for

In “Who should we reserve it for?” enter your “Name” and your WhatsApp “Phone”. Tap “Next”.

Choose when

In “When would you like to come?” tap an available day and time. If none of them work, write your preference in “Preferred time or notes”; for example, that you can make it early on Saturday.

Review and confirm

In “Review and confirm” you see a summary of your appointment. Check the box to accept confirmations by WhatsApp and tap “Request”.

When you're done, “Appointment requested” appears. Your number is only used to confirm your appointment.

If you choose a time marked “Booked”, another customer already took it. You can still go: cars are shown first-come, first-served, so this one could be reserved or sold before your visit. If you're really interested, it's better to choose another time.

Keep in mind

You don't need an account to request an appointment.
If you see “No online slots right now. Write your preference in the notes.”, write when you can go and send the request anyway.
Without the WhatsApp box checked, the appointment can't be confirmed.
If you request several appointments in a row, you'll be asked to wait a few minutes before trying again.

Tip

The day before, message the seller in the chat to confirm the car is still available. That way you don't make the trip for nothing.
