Message a car's seller

Tap “Chat with seller”. At the top you see «Estás a punto de conversar con» (“You're about to chat with”) and who's selling; below, the car with its photo and price, so there's no mix-up.

The message is already written: «Hola, me interesa el … ¿Sigue disponible?» (“Hi, I'm interested in the … Is it still available?”). If you want to ask something else, change it in «Tu mensaje» (“Your message”). The more specific your question, the more useful the answer.

If you're not signed in, enter your «Correo» (“Email”) and your «WhatsApp». That way the seller can reply even if you close the tab.

You have three paths:

• «Crear cuenta y enviar» (“Create account and send”): you create your account and your message goes out on its own as soon as you're back on the ad.
• «Escribir sin cuenta» (“Write without an account”): the message goes out right away. The conversation is kept for 7 days; if you create your account later, it's linked to you.
• «Iniciar sesión» (“Sign in”): if you already have an account, you sign in and your message is sent on its own.

Once you're signed in it's even shorter: you type and tap «Enviar mensaje» (“Send message”). If you'd rather use WhatsApp, that button opens a chat with a message already written that includes the car and its price.

• Inside the chat you'll read «No compartas datos bancarios ni pagues por fuera. Cliquéalo no puede validar lo que ocurre fuera de este chat.» (“Don't share bank details or pay outside the platform. Cliquéalo can't validate what happens outside this chat.”). Take it seriously.
• If you see «No pudimos enviar tu mensaje. Vuelve a intentarlo.» (“We couldn't send your message. Please try again.”), your text isn't lost: try again in a moment.
• With an account you keep your conversations and can attach files.
