Privacy, cookies, and sounds
What you accept or reject in the cookies and data notice, how to change your decision, and how to exercise your rights over your data.
The first time you visit Cliquéalo, the «Cookies y datos» ("Cookies and data") notice appears at the bottom. It doesn't block the page: you can keep reading and decide later.
What the notice says
«Guardamos cookies y datos de uso para entender qué funciona y mejorar la experiencia. Al aceptar también activas los sonidos de la interfaz. Puedes rechazar: el sitio funciona igual.» ("We store cookies and usage data to understand what works and improve the experience. By accepting you also turn on the interface sounds. You can reject: the site works the same.") The «Aviso de privacidad» ("Privacy Notice") link opens the full document.
You have two buttons of the same size: «Rechazar» ("Reject") and «Aceptar» ("Accept").
What happens with each option
The notice stays at the bottom of every page.
What you can do: Tap «Aceptar» or «Rechazar» whenever you want.
The notice disappears and the interface's soft click turns on, for example when you turn the term dial in the credit simulator.
What you can do: Keep browsing. On your next visits the sound turns on with your first tap on the page.
The notice disappears and the interface click stays off.
What you can do: Use the whole site the same way.
Other sounds, like the one for a ready ad or the panel's notifications, have their own switches. See Sounds.
Change your decision
Your decision is saved only in this browser. There's no button to change it from the site: if you clear the site's data in your browser, the notice appears again and you can decide again. When we ask again, the sound turns off immediately until you accept.
Note
In incognito mode or with storage blocked, the notice appears again on every visit.
Your personal data
The «Aviso de privacidad integral» ("Comprehensive Privacy Notice") explains what data we process, what for, and who we share it with. You open it from the «Aviso de privacidad» link in the cookie notice, from "Privacy" at the bottom of the sign-in screens, or when you create your account.
To exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or objection, revoke your consent, or limit the use of your data, write to hello@cliquealo.mx. Include:
- your name and a way to reply to you;
- a document that proves your identity or your representative's;
- which right you want to exercise and over which data;
- any detail that helps us find your information.
You can correct your name, your photo, and your phone yourself in Your account details.

Tap «Rechazar». The site works the same, without the click.
Worst case
The notice appears every time
Your browser doesn't let the decision be saved (incognito mode or blocked storage). Decide on each visit or allow storage for cliquealo.mx.
Special case
You want us to delete your data
Write to hello@cliquealo.mx. Some security, payment, or compliance records may be kept for the time the law requires.
