Several accounts in the same browser

Add another account, switch between them without signing out, and remove them from this browser.

If you manage more than one account, each with its own email (for example, yours and another agency's), you can keep them open in the same browser and switch between them from your avatar menu, without typing the password each time.

Want to switch stores, not accounts?

If the same email belongs to several stores (your agency or your individual profile and the agencies that added you to their team), you don't need to add another account: choose the store in your avatar menu, under "Work as" («Trabajar como» inside the panel). "Your accounts" is for signing in with a different email; "Work as" is for switching stores with the same account. See Switch stores.

Before you start

  • You need the other account's sign-in details.
  • This browser remembers several accounts, up to a limit. Each one stays available for a while; when it expires, we ask you to sign in again with it.

Add another account

Open your avatar menu

It's at the top right. Under "Your accounts" («Tus cuentas» inside the panel) you see the account you're in, marked with a check mark.

Tap "Add account" («Agregar cuenta» inside the panel)

"Sign in" opens with the "You're adding another account" box: "Your previous session stays available: switch between them from your avatar menu."

Sign in with the other account

Sign in as usual. If you choose "Continue with Google", Google lets you pick which of your Google accounts to use. When you're done, you're in the new account and the previous one stays in the list.

If you type the email of an account that's already open in this browser, you see "This account is already open in this browser." and "Go back to it without typing your password." Tap "Go to that account" to enter it, or change the email to add a different one.

Switch accounts

Open your avatar menu and, under "Your accounts", tap the account you want to go to. The page reloads and you land in its panel.

Remove an account from this browser

While in that account, tap "Sign out" («Cerrar sesión» inside the panel). That account's session closes and it leaves this browser's list. You're left with no account open: the others stay saved and show up again under "Your accounts" as soon as you sign in with any of them.

The usual case

You add your second agency's account and switch between the two with one tap.

Something doesn't work the first time

You type the email of an account that's already in the list

We don't ask for the password again: tap "Go to that account" and you're in.

Something doesn't work the first time

In Google you pick the account you already had open

You enter that same account again and the list doesn't change. Tap "Add account" again and pick the other one in Google.

Something doesn't work the first time

The saved account has expired

When you tap the account you see «Esa sesión ya expiró. Inicia sesión de nuevo con ese correo.» ("That session already expired. Sign in again with that email.") and the account leaves the list. Add it again.

Worst case

You add an account and the list is already full

The one you used longest ago stops showing and you'll have to sign in again with it.

Special case

Shared computer

Don't add accounts on a device other people use. Sign out of each account when you're done.
