Other integrations
What's in the Integrations section of Settings besides Mercado Libre.
In AjustesIntegraciones ("Settings > Integrations") there are two sections:

| «Conectar aplicaciones» ("Connect apps") | «Mercado Libre y demás canales conectados.» ("Mercado Libre and other connected channels.") You connect Mercado Libre, where we do publish, and save the access for the other platforms where you advertise. |
Here you set up the dispatcher: you see whether the store's main number gets the notices, and you can add salespeople depending on your plan. Notices for the main number are turned on in Agency details. See WhatsApp.
Connect apps
Here you connect your Mercado Libre account. See Connect and disconnect.
Further down, in «Facebook e Instagram» ("Facebook and Instagram"), you connect your lot's Facebook pages and their Instagram accounts to publish your cars there. If it isn't available for your agency yet, it says «Próximamente» ("Coming soon"). See Connect Facebook and Instagram.
At the end, in «Otras plataformas» ("Other platforms"), you save the access for Seminuevos.com, Autocosmos, your CRM, or any other site where you advertise. These two blocks appear even if your plan doesn't include Mercado Libre. See Connect another platform.
Depending on your account, when you enter you may see:
- «Aún no tienes una agencia» ("You don't have an agency yet") with «Crear agencia» ("Create agency"): integrations are only for agencies.
- «Disponible para agencias» ("Available for agencies") with «Ver planes de agencia» ("See agency plans"): your account type doesn't include integrations.
- «No tienes acceso a esta sección» ("You don't have access to this section"): your role doesn't have the connected apps permission. Ask the agency's owner for it.
- «Incluida desde 50 autos» ("Included from 50 cars"): you have an agency, but your plan is smaller. If you can't change the plan, you see «Pide al dueño de la agencia que cambie el plan.» ("Ask the agency's owner to change the plan.").
The usual case
Agency with a plan that includes Mercado Libre
With a plan of 50 cars or more, or with a plan Cliquéalo manages and sets up to fit your agency, you see «Mercado Libre está incluido en tu plan» ("Mercado Libre is included in your plan") and the button to connect.
Something doesn't work the first time
An agency's salesperson
If your role can view but not manage, you see Mercado Libre's information but not the buttons to connect, publish, or answer.
Worst case
Account without an agency
You can't connect anything until you create an agency.
Special case
Test mode
If you see «Modo de prueba activo» ("Test mode on"), you can try Mercado Libre free of charge even though your plan doesn't include it.
