Mercado Libre in Cliquéalo

With your Mercado Libre account connected you can, without leaving Cliquéalo:

• See your Mercado Libre ads in your inventory.
• Publish on Mercado Libre cars you already have published on Cliquéalo.
• Update, pause, activate, close, republish, or delete your ads.
• Answer buyers' questions.
• Follow up with interested buyers.

• A plan that includes Mercado Libre: an agency plan of 50 cars or more, or a plan Cliquéalo manages and sets up to fit your agency. See Plan managed by Cliquéalo. If your plan doesn't include it, the screen shows «Disponible para agencias» ("Available for agencies") or «Incluida desde 50 autos» ("Included from 50 cars") with «Ver planes disponibles» ("See available plans").
• Permission to manage connected apps. Without it you can see the information, but not connect, publish, or answer.
• A Mercado Libre México account.
• If your Mercado Libre account is a dealership account, a phone number in your Mercado Libre account or your store's WhatsApp. If there's neither, the publishing wizard asks you for your store's WhatsApp. Without either one you can't publish, update, or republish.

What gets syncedCopy Anchor Link

Cliquéalo reads your Mercado Libre account on its own every so often and also when you tap «Sincronizar» ("Sync").

For each linked car, Cliquéalo compares what you have in your inventory with what's on Mercado Libre: price, title, mileage, photos, description, year, make, model, version, condition, doors, color, transmission, fuel, body type, and currency. If something doesn't match, the car goes to «Requiere atención» ("Needs attention") and, for most details, you fix it with «Resolver diferencias» ("Resolve differences"). See Sync statuses.

The Mercado Libre screenCopy Anchor Link

In Ajustes›Integraciones›Conectar aplicaciones ("Settings > Integrations > Connect apps") you see your account at the top with its status and the button to sync. Below:

• «Publicar un auto» ("Publish a car"): opens the wizard to publish. If there are cars with pending details, it says how many «necesitan datos para Mercado Libre» ("need details for Mercado Libre").
• «Publicaciones» ("Ads"): how many cars you have published on Mercado Libre, for example «60 autos publicados» ("60 cars published"), and how many are «por vincular» ("to link") with your inventory. It only counts the ads that exist today in your Mercado Libre account; the ones you closed or that are no longer there aren't counted.
• «Preguntas» ("Questions"): how many are left to answer, or «Todo respondido» ("All answered").
• «Clientes interesados» ("Interested customers"): how many new prospects you have.
• «Actividad» ("Activity"): the history of sends. If any failed, is missing details, or wasn't sent, it says how many «envíos con problema» ("sends with problems") there are.

A number on each card shows how many things are waiting for your attention.

If your account is disconnected, above the cards you see «Tu cuenta está desconectada. Reconéctala para ver tus publicaciones al día.» ("Your account is disconnected. Reconnect it to see your ads up to date.") and, if your ads were ever read, when the data you see is from: «Lo que ves aquí es de la última lectura, el …» ("What you see here is from the last read, on …"). Nothing updates until you reconnect.

Publish a car on Mercado LibreCopy Anchor Link

You can also send it when you create it: in the panel form, check your account in «Publicar también en» ("Also publish on") and it's sent as soon as the car is published on Cliquéalo. See Publish a car step by step.

Mercado Libre can take a few minutes to confirm. Meanwhile, the notice says your send «quedó en cola» ("is queued"). When it responds, the notice turns green or, if it failed, red with the reason. If a few minutes pass with no response you see «Mercado Libre todavía no confirma el cambio. Revisa Actividad en unos minutos.» ("Mercado Libre hasn't confirmed the change yet. Check Activity in a few minutes.").

If the car was already on Mercado Libre, the button says «Guardar y actualizar» ("Save and update") and at the end you see «Actualización en cola» ("Update queued"). If Mercado Libre asks for the VIN for that car and it has no registered VIN, «VIN (número de serie)» also shows up here as optional; without it, the ad is updated anyway.

Actions on an adCopy Anchor Link

You manage an ad from two places: on this screen, in «Publicaciones», and in the car's details, in the «Canales» ("Channels") section. In both you only see the actions that apply to the ad's status on Mercado Libre. You need permission to manage connected apps.

In «Publicaciones»Copy Anchor Link

Tap an ad to see its details and «Ver en Mercado Libre» ("View on Mercado Libre"). If Mercado Libre explains why the ad is in its current status, you see it below the status. See Sync statuses.

If the ad is linked to a car in your inventory, you see these actions:

• «Completar datos faltantes» ("Complete missing details"): if Mercado Libre asked for details.
• «Actualizar con los datos de Cliquéalo».
• «Pausar publicación» ("Pause ad") or «Activar publicación» ("Activate ad").
• «Cerrar publicación» ("Close ad"): it asks «¿Cerrar la publicación en Mercado Libre?» ("Close the ad on Mercado Libre?") and you confirm with «Sí, cerrar» ("Yes, close").
• «Eliminar de Mercado Libre» ("Delete from Mercado Libre"): it asks you to confirm. See "Close or delete" below.
• «Desvincular del inventario» ("Unlink from inventory"): it asks «¿Quitar el vínculo con el auto de Cliquéalo?» ("Remove the link with the Cliquéalo car?"), explains «El anuncio sigue en Mercado Libre y el auto sigue en Cliquéalo. No se vuelven a unir solos.» ("The ad stays on Mercado Libre and the car stays on Cliquéalo. They don't get linked again on their own.") and you confirm with «Sí, desvincular» ("Yes, unlink"). The ad stays on Mercado Libre; it just stops being linked to your car. You see «Desvinculamos el anuncio de tu auto; sigue en Mercado Libre.» ("We unlinked the ad from your car; it's still on Mercado Libre.") and the car's «Historial del caso» ("Case history") shows «Desvinculado a mano» ("Unlinked by hand"), with your name. While it has no car, Cliquéalo doesn't link it again on its own to any of your cars; to link it again, link it yourself or reconcile it.

Each confirmation has «Cancelar» ("Cancel") in case you change your mind.

«Publicaciones» only shows published or paused ads. When you close one, it leaves the list and you still see it in the car's details. When you delete one, it leaves the list and is no longer tied to your car.

While a change is queued you see «Hay un cambio en cola para este auto. Espera la confirmación de Mercado Libre antes de enviar otro.» ("There's a queued change for this car. Wait for Mercado Libre's confirmation before sending another.") and the actions are disabled.

In the car's detailsCopy Anchor Link

Open the car in your inventory and go to «Canales». Next to Mercado Libre you see the buttons that apply: «Pausar» ("Pause"), «Activar» ("Activate"), «Cerrar» ("Close"), «Republicar» ("Republish"), «Eliminar de Mercado Libre», and «Desvincular» ("Unlink").

• «Cerrar» asks «¿Cerrar el anuncio en Mercado Libre?» ("Close the ad on Mercado Libre?"), with «Deja de verse en Mercado Libre. Después podrás republicarlo.» ("It stops showing on Mercado Libre. You can republish it later."). Confirm with «Sí, cerrar».
• «Eliminar de Mercado Libre» asks you to confirm, the same as in «Publicaciones».
• «Desvincular» shows up when the ad is closed, was deleted directly on Mercado Libre, or no longer shows up in your Mercado Libre account. See "Unlink a closed or deleted ad" below.
• While it's being sent, the button says «Enviando…» ("Sending…").

Closed ads do appear here. To republish a closed ad, open it from here and tap «Republicar».

To send your inventory's details to Mercado Libre from here, use «Editar publicación» ("Edit ad"). If the ad was deleted, «Editar publicación» no longer shows up: unlink it and publish the car again.

Close or deleteCopy Anchor Link

You don't have to close it first: if needed, it's closed and deleted in the same step.

When it's done, the ad leaves «Publicaciones» and is no longer tied to your car. In the car's «Canales», Mercado Libre goes back to «No publicado» ("Not published"). If you want to list it again, tap «Publicar en Mercado Libre» ("Publish on Mercado Libre"): a new ad is created. Your car stays in your inventory with all its details.

Unlink a closed or deleted adCopy Anchor Link

Unlinking removes the tie between the ad and your car without changing anything on Mercado Libre. Use it to publish the car again with a new ad when the previous one is closed or no longer exists.

If the ad was deleted directly on Mercado Libre, you don't have to do anything: on the next sync the car is unlinked on its own. In «Historial del caso» ("Case history"), in the car's «Canales», you see «Desvinculado automáticamente» ("Unlinked automatically"), with «El anuncio se eliminó en Mercado Libre. El auto quedó listo para publicarlo de nuevo.» ("The ad was deleted on Mercado Libre. The car is ready to publish again.").

To do it yourself:

You see «Listo, el auto ya no está vinculado con ese anuncio. Puedes publicarlo de nuevo en Mercado Libre.» ("Done, the car is no longer linked to that ad. You can publish it again on Mercado Libre."). In «Canales», Mercado Libre goes back to «No publicado» and «Publicar en Mercado Libre» shows up: using it creates a new ad. «Historial del caso» shows «Desvinculado a mano» ("Unlinked by hand"), with your name.

A closed ad that's no longer linked to any car doesn't show up in your inventory or in «Publicaciones», even if it's still in your Mercado Libre account. It isn't tied back to your car on its own.

If something doesn't add up, you see one of these notices:

• «Este anuncio sigue en Mercado Libre. Ciérralo o elimínalo antes de desvincularlo.» ("This ad is still on Mercado Libre. Close it or delete it before unlinking it."): the ad is no longer closed on Mercado Libre; for example, someone republished it. Reload the page to see its actions.
• «Este anuncio ya no está vinculado a ningún auto.» ("This ad is no longer linked to any car."): someone unlinked it before you, or it was unlinked on its own. Reload the page.

When you tap an action you see a notice with what's going to happen:

When Mercado Libre responds, you see another notice:

• When deleting: «Anuncio eliminado de Mercado Libre» ("Ad deleted from Mercado Libre"), with «El anuncio ya no está en Mercado Libre. El auto sigue en Cliquéalo.» ("The ad is no longer on Mercado Libre. The car stays on Cliquéalo.").
• For the other actions: «Mercado Libre actualizado» ("Mercado Libre updated"), with «El estado del auto quedó actualizado en Mercado Libre.» ("The car's status was updated on Mercado Libre.").
• If details are missing or Mercado Libre rejects them when you publish, update, or relist: «No se envió a Mercado Libre» ("Not sent to Mercado Libre"), with what's missing. Nothing changed on Mercado Libre. In «Actividad» the send shows «Requiere datos» ("Needs details").
• If it fails for another reason: «Mercado Libre requiere atención» ("Mercado Libre needs attention"), with the reason. See Mercado Libre errors.

Each send also stays in «Actividad»: «Actualizar» ("Update"), «Pausar», «Activar», «Cerrar», «Republicar», or «Eliminar» ("Delete"), with its status.

Sometimes the confirmation comes with a notice:

• «Mercado Libre no deja cambiar el título de un anuncio que ya tiene ventas; actualizamos los demás datos.» ("Mercado Libre doesn't allow changing the title of an ad that already has sales; we updated the other details."): you updated an ad that already has sales on Mercado Libre. The other details were sent and the title stayed as it was. You see it in the notice and in «Actividad», below the send. If nothing was sent, the notice is titled «Mercado Libre sin cambios» ("No changes on Mercado Libre"), gives the reason, and in «Actividad» the send shows «Sin enviar» ("Not sent"):

• «Este auto todavía no tiene listos sus datos para Mercado Libre. Ábrelo y usa «Editar publicación» para completarlos.» ("This car doesn't have its Mercado Libre details ready yet. Open it and use «Editar publicación» to complete them."): the ad is tied to a car, but that car doesn't have its Mercado Libre details. Open it, go to «Canales», and use «Editar publicación» ("Edit ad").

• «Este anuncio no está vinculado a un auto de Cliquéalo, así que no se envió el cambio a Mercado Libre.» ("This ad isn't linked to a Cliquéalo car, so the change wasn't sent to Mercado Libre."): the ad stopped being tied to a car before the change was sent; for example, because someone unlinked it or deleted the car.

• «El anuncio está cerrado en Mercado Libre. Republícalo para enviarle los cambios.» ("The ad is closed on Mercado Libre. Relist it to send it the changes."): the ad was closed before the change was sent. Tap «Republicar» ("Relist").

• «Este anuncio ya se eliminó de Mercado Libre.» ("This ad was already deleted from Mercado Libre."): the ad was deleted before the change was sent.

QuestionsCopy Anchor Link

In «Preguntas» you filter between «Pendientes» ("Pending") and «Respondidas» ("Answered"). Type in «Escribe tu respuesta…» ("Write your answer…") and tap «Responder» ("Answer"). The person sees it on Mercado Libre and you see «Respuesta enviada a Mercado Libre.» ("Answer sent to Mercado Libre.").

Your answer can be up to 2,000 characters and can't include phone numbers, emails, or external links.

Here you get the people who contacted your ads: by question, WhatsApp, call, contact, reservation, visit, or credit. Filter by «Nuevos» ("New"), «En seguimiento» ("In follow-up"), «Cerrados» ("Closed"), or «Todos» ("All").

Each new interested buyer also creates a case in Panel›Casos ("Panel > Cases"). When you record their follow-up there, their stage here changes on its own. See Cases and interactions.
