Incorporate and reconcile Mercado Libre cars
What to do with cars that are only on Mercado Libre, how to avoid duplicates, how to choose which details stay, and what «Sin incorporar» and «No publicado en ML» mean.
When you connect your account, Cliquéalo brings in all your Mercado Libre ads. Each one ends up in one of these cases:
- It's already linked to a car in your inventory. You don't have to do anything.
- It's only on Mercado Libre. It appears in your inventory as Sin incorporar ("Not incorporated"). You can incorporate it as a new car or reconcile it with one you already have.
- It's closed on Mercado Libre and not linked to any car. It doesn't appear in your inventory.
And the other way around: a car in your inventory that isn't on Mercado Libre is marked No publicado en ML ("Not published on ML").
To incorporate, reconcile, or resolve differences you need a plan that includes Mercado Libre and permission to manage connected apps. Without that permission you don't see the buttons.
Channel chips in your inventory
The car is on Mercado Libre but not in your Cliquéalo inventory. It has no sheet of its own, no photos in emails, and no quote tool.
What you can do: Incorporate it or reconcile it with a car you already have.
The car is in your inventory and you have Mercado Libre connected, but you haven't published it there.
What you can do: Publish it with «Publicar en Mercado Libre» (“Publish on Mercado Libre”).
Something doesn't match between Cliquéalo and Mercado Libre, or Mercado Libre reported a problem.
What you can do: Open the car and check the «Canales» (“Channels”) section.
To see them together, filter your inventory by channel: «Sin incorporar», «No publicado en ML», or «Requiere atención». See Filters, views, and search.
If a car that isn't incorporated looks like one in your inventory, you also see Posible coincidencia ("Possible match"), «Puede coincidir con (auto)» ("May match (car)"), and how alike they are: «Muy parecido» ("Very similar") or «Parecido» ("Similar").
Review a Mercado Libre car
Before you incorporate or reconcile, Cliquéalo shows you the cars in your inventory that look like it. You decide whether it's the same car or a new one, so you don't duplicate it.
Open the car
In your inventory, open the Sin incorporar car. You see the «Vista previa del anuncio» ("Ad preview"), the «Ficha recibida de Mercado Libre» ("Sheet received from Mercado Libre"), and the interested buyers it already has. If it looks like a car in your inventory, you see «Puede ser el mismo auto que (auto)» ("It may be the same car as (car)") with «Muy parecido» or «Parecido».
Tap «Revisar» ("Review") or «Incorporar al inventario» ("Incorporate into inventory")
Both buttons start the same review. While Cliquéalo looks for similar cars, the button says «Revisando…» ("Reviewing…"). If it finds any, «¿Es el mismo auto?» ("Is it the same car?") opens. If not, you go straight to «Fotos» ("Photos") to incorporate it as a new car.
Answer «¿Es el mismo auto?»
You see «Compáralos y dinos si son la misma unidad.» ("Compare them and tell us if they're the same unit.") and two columns, «En Cliquéalo» ("On Cliquéalo") and «En Mercado Libre» ("On Mercado Libre"), each with its photo, its title, «Año» ("Year"), «Precio» ("Price"), and «Kilometraje» ("Mileage"). If one side is missing a detail, it says «Sin dato» ("No data"). Above the columns, «Muy parecido» or «Parecido» tells you how alike they are.
If there are several similar cars, at the top you see one button for each, with its title and year. Tap the one you want to compare.
- If it's the same car, tap «Sí, es el mismo» ("Yes, it's the same one") and continue in Reconcile with a car you already have.
- If not, tap «No, es otro auto» ("No, it's another car") and continue in Incorporate a new car.
Reconcile with a car you already have
Reconciling links the Mercado Libre ad with a car in your inventory. Before linking them, you choose, detail by detail, what you keep where Cliquéalo and Mercado Libre don't match.
Confirm it's the same car
In «¿Es el mismo auto?», tap «Sí, es el mismo». «Elige qué datos se quedan» ("Choose which details stay") opens.
Choose which details stay
You see «Solo ves lo que es distinto.» ("You only see what's different.") and, for each detail that doesn't match, two options: «Cliquéalo» and «Mercado Libre», each with its value. The details that can show up are price, title, mileage, version, doors, condition, color, transmission, fuel, and body type. When it opens, Cliquéalo's value is selected; select «Mercado Libre» wherever you prefer the detail from there.
To decide everything at once, tap «Quedarme con todo lo de Cliquéalo» ("Keep everything from Cliquéalo") or «Quedarme con todo lo de Mercado Libre» ("Keep everything from Mercado Libre"). If there are no details to choose, you see «No hay datos distintos.» ("There are no different details.").
Check «Así quedará» ("This is how it will look")
To one side (below, on a phone) you see how each detail will end up. If your car is missing the version or the doors and Mercado Libre has them, they also show up there: they're filled in with Mercado Libre's. If you keep any detail from Cliquéalo, you see «Lo que dejes de Cliquéalo se enviará a Mercado Libre.» ("Whatever you keep from Cliquéalo will be sent to Mercado Libre.").
Tap «Conciliar» ("Reconcile")
While it saves, the button says «Conciliando…» ("Reconciling…"). If you want to compare again, tap «Atrás» ("Back").
The window closes, you see the «Conciliado» ("Reconciled") notice, and Cliquéalo takes you to your car. The notice says what happened, for example:
- «El anuncio de Mercado Libre quedó unido a tu auto. Trajimos el precio de Mercado Libre. Enviaremos el título de Cliquéalo a Mercado Libre en unos segundos.» ("The Mercado Libre ad is now linked to your car. We brought the price from Mercado Libre. We'll send Cliquéalo's title to Mercado Libre in a few seconds.")
- «El anuncio de Mercado Libre quedó unido a tu auto. Completamos la versión y las puertas con Mercado Libre.» ("The Mercado Libre ad is now linked to your car. We filled in the version and the doors with Mercado Libre's.")
- «El anuncio de Mercado Libre quedó unido a tu auto. No cambiamos ningún dato.» ("The Mercado Libre ad is now linked to your car. We didn't change any details."): there were no different details and nothing to fill in.
The reconciliation is recorded in «Historial del caso» ("Case history"), in the car's «Canales» section.
What happens with each detail you choose
The same applies when you reconcile and when you resolve differences.

When Mercado Libre confirms the send you see «Mercado Libre actualizado» ("Mercado Libre updated"). If details are missing for Mercado Libre, you see «No se envió a Mercado Libre» ("Not sent to Mercado Libre") with what's missing. If something else fails, you see «Mercado Libre requiere atención» ("Mercado Libre needs attention") with the reason. The send also stays in «Actividad» ("Activity") as «Actualizar» ("Update"). The whole ad is sent
If you keep even one detail from Cliquéalo, all of your car's details are sent to Mercado Libre, photos included, not just that detail. If you want the Mercado Libre ad to stay as it is, choose «Quedarme con todo lo de Mercado Libre»: that way nothing is sent.
Sometimes not everything can be done. The notice tells you:
- «El precio no se pudo traer de Mercado Libre; se queda como estaba.» ("The price couldn't be brought from Mercado Libre; it stays as it was."): Mercado Libre doesn't have that detail or it doesn't match any Cliquéalo option. Your car keeps its value.
- «El título se queda solo en Cliquéalo para no cambiar en Mercado Libre el precio.» ("The title stays only on Cliquéalo so the price isn't changed on Mercado Libre."): since a detail you chose from Mercado Libre couldn't be brought, nothing is sent to Mercado Libre, so the very detail you wanted to keep isn't replaced there.
- «El título se queda solo en Cliquéalo hasta que el anuncio se pueda actualizar en Mercado Libre.» ("The title stays only on Cliquéalo until the ad can be updated on Mercado Libre."): the ad can't be updated in its current status, for example because it's closed or was deleted. See Sync statuses.
- «El título se queda solo en Cliquéalo mientras la cuenta esté suspendida por falta de pago.» ("The title stays only on Cliquéalo while the account is suspended for nonpayment."): your agency has a pending payment. See Pending payment.
The messages name the details you chose, for example «Enviaremos el precio y el título de Cliquéalo a Mercado Libre en unos segundos.» ("We'll send Cliquéalo's price and title to Mercado Libre in a few seconds.").
Incorporate a new car
Incorporating creates a new car in your inventory with the details and photos from Mercado Libre. If the Mercado Libre ad has the engine, the cylinders, or the drivetrain, they're also copied to the car's specifications; whatever it doesn't have, you enter later when editing. See Car details.
You get to «Fotos» in two ways: by tapping «No, es otro auto» in «¿Es el mismo auto?», or directly, when there are no similar cars in your inventory.
Choose the photos
In «Fotos» you see «La primera será la portada.» ("The first one will be the cover.") and how many you have, for example «12 de 15 seleccionadas» ("12 of 15 selected"). Tap a photo to remove it or include it again, and use the arrows to change its order. The first one says «Portada» ("Cover"). If you removed any, «Seleccionar todas» ("Select all") includes them again.
Tap «Incorporar» ("Incorporate")
The button says how many photos it will take, for example «Incorporar 12 fotos» ("Incorporate 12 photos") or «Incorporar 1 foto» ("Incorporate 1 photo"). While it's sending it says «Incorporando…» ("Incorporating…"). To go back to the comparison tap «Atrás»; if there were no similar cars, «Cancelar» ("Cancel") closes the window.
If the ad has no photos to choose from, you see «Traeremos las fotos del anuncio en el mismo orden.» ("We'll bring the ad's photos in the same order.") and the button only says «Incorporar».
You see «Estamos incorporando el auto y sus fotos. Aparecerá como borrador.» ("We're incorporating the car and its photos. It will appear as a draft.") and, in place of the button, «Incorporando el auto y sus fotos…» ("Incorporating the car and its photos…"). The photos are copied one by one and the page updates on its own. When it's done you see «Auto incorporado» ("Car incorporated") and, when the photos finish arriving, «Fotos incorporadas» ("Photos incorporated"). The car ends up Borrador: review it and publish it whenever you want. See A car's statuses.
Avoid duplicates
If the car already exists in your inventory, don't incorporate it: reconcile it. Incorporating it would create the same car twice.
If the ad doesn't match the catalog
When you tap «Incorporar», Cliquéalo checks that the ad's make, model, body type, transmission, fuel, color, and state are in Cliquéalo's catalog. If something doesn't match, the car isn't incorporated: you see a red notice with the reason and the window stays open. Nothing is created in your inventory and the ad stays Sin incorporar. The reasons are in Errors.
If Mercado Libre uses a different name for a color Cliquéalo does have, the car gets Cliquéalo's color: «Plateado» ("Silver") becomes «Plata» ("Silver"), «Marrón» ("Brown") becomes «Café» ("Brown"), and «Bordó» or «Guinda» ("Burgundy") become «Vino» ("Burgundy").
Once it's sorted out, tap «Incorporar» again. You can try as many times as you need, including when an earlier attempt didn't finish.
If the car was already being incorporated and something stops matching, you see «No se pudo incorporar el auto» ("The car couldn't be incorporated") with the same reason, and the ad stays Sin incorporar.
Reconcile in one tap
If a car that isn't incorporated is «Muy parecido» to one in your inventory, the «Conciliar» button appears on its card. When you hover over it, it says «Unir con (auto)» ("Link with (car)"). When you tap it, the ad is linked to that car without opening any window: only the version and the doors are filled in if your car is missing them, and nothing is sent to Mercado Libre. You see the «Conciliado» notice and, on the card, «Conciliado».
If different details remain, the car goes to Requiere atención and you resolve them with «Resolver diferencias» ("Resolve differences").
When the match is almost exact, there are no different details, and no other car looks as much like it, Cliquéalo reconciles it on its own. Everything else waits for you to decide.
Resolve differences on an already linked car
When a linked car doesn't match its ad, in its details, «Canales» section, Requiere atención appears with one line per detail, for example «Precio en Mercado Libre no coincide con Cliquéalo.» ("Price on Mercado Libre doesn't match Cliquéalo.").
Tap «Resolver diferencias»
«Elige qué datos se quedan» opens, just like when you reconcile: «Solo ves lo que es distinto.», the «Cliquéalo» and «Mercado Libre» options for each detail, and the «Quedarme con todo lo de Cliquéalo» and «Quedarme con todo lo de Mercado Libre» buttons.
Choose and check «Así quedará»
When it opens, Cliquéalo's value is selected. If you keep anything from Cliquéalo, you see «Lo que dejes de Cliquéalo se enviará a Mercado Libre.».
Tap «Guardar» ("Save")
While it saves it says «Guardando…» ("Saving…"). «Cancelar» closes the window without changing anything.
You see the «Listo» ("Done") notice with what happened, for example «Trajimos el precio de Mercado Libre. Enviaremos el título de Cliquéalo a Mercado Libre en unos segundos.» ("We brought the price from Mercado Libre. We'll send Cliquéalo's title to Mercado Libre in a few seconds."). It's recorded in «Historial del caso». If nothing could be changed, instead of «Listo» you see an error notice with the reason; the reasons are in "What happens with each detail you choose", above.
«Resolver diferencias» only shows up when what's different is the price, title, mileage, version, doors, condition, color, transmission, fuel, or body type. If what's different is the year, make, model, currency, description, or photos, fix it on your car and, on the Mercado Libre screen, tap «Actualizar con los datos de Cliquéalo»; or fix it directly on Mercado Libre.
Link from the Mercado Libre screen
In AjustesIntegracionesConectar aplicaciones ("Settings > Integrations > Connect apps"), in «Publicaciones» ("Ads"), filter «Por vincular» ("To link") and tap an ad. In «Vincula con un auto de tu inventario» ("Link with a car from your inventory") choose the car. You see «Inventario local y publicación remota vinculados.» ("Local inventory and remote ad linked.").
Several at once
In your inventory, select several Sin incorporar cars. These buttons appear:
- «Conciliar (N)» ("Reconcile (N)"): it only counts the ones that are «Muy parecido» to a car in your inventory. It links each ad with its car and fills in the missing version and doors; it doesn't change other details or send anything to Mercado Libre. If you selected others, you see «N autos sin coincidencia segura.» ("N cars without a reliable match.") with «Ábrelos uno por uno para confirmar si coinciden con tu inventario.» ("Open them one by one to confirm whether they match your inventory.").
- «Incorporar al inventario (N)» ("Incorporate into inventory (N)"): incorporates the ones that don't look like anything. The ones that do look similar are skipped and you see «N autos requieren revisión antes de incorporar.» ("N cars need review before incorporating.").
You can reconcile up to 500 cars at once. Any differences left you resolve afterward, car by car, with «Resolver diferencias».
Bring photos to an already linked car
In the car's details, «Canales» section, tap «Traer fotos» ("Bring photos"). In «Traer fotos de Mercado Libre» ("Bring photos from Mercado Libre") choose which ones to add. The new ones respect the order and aren't duplicated.
The usual case
First connection with an empty inventory
All your cars arrive «Sin incorporar» and none has similar cars. You select them and use «Incorporar al inventario (N)». They end up as drafts.
Something doesn't work the first time
You already had the cars on Cliquéalo
Most are reconciled on their own. On the ones left with «Posible coincidencia» you tap «Revisar», answer «Sí, es el mismo», choose which details stay, and tap «Conciliar».
Something doesn't work the first time
The price changed on Mercado Libre
The car ends up «Requiere atención» with «Precio en Mercado Libre no coincide con Cliquéalo.». You tap «Resolver diferencias», choose «Mercado Libre» under «Precio», and tap «Guardar». You see «Listo» with «Trajimos el precio de Mercado Libre.» ("We brought the price from Mercado Libre.").
Worst case
Details are missing on Mercado Libre
«Incorporar al inventario» is disabled and in «Falta completar» ("Still to complete") you see what's missing. If it looks like a car in your inventory, you can still reconcile it with «Revisar». If it's a new car, in «Fotos» you see «Mercado Libre debe informar marca, modelo, año y precio antes de incorporar.» ("Mercado Libre must report make, model, year, and price before incorporating.") and you can't incorporate it. Complete it on Mercado Libre and sync.
Worst case
The model isn't in the catalog
You tap «Incorporar» and see «No encontramos el modelo Nissan NP300 Doble Cabina 2020 en el catálogo. Escríbenos y lo agregamos.» ("We couldn't find the model Nissan NP300 Doble Cabina 2020 in the catalog. Write to us and we'll add it."). Nothing is created and the window stays open. You write to us; once we add it, you tap «Incorporar» again and the car ends up as a draft.
Worst case
The send to Mercado Libre doesn't go through
You reconciled keeping details from Cliquéalo and then you see «No se envió a Mercado Libre», «Mercado Libre requiere atención», or «Mercado Libre sin cambios» ("No changes on Mercado Libre") with the reason. Open the car, use «Editar publicación» ("Edit ad") in «Canales», complete what it asks for, and send it. See Mercado Libre errors.
Special case
You reconciled the wrong car
On the Mercado Libre screen, open the ad and tap «Desvincular del inventario» ("Unlink from inventory"). Then reconcile it with the correct one. Whatever you brought or sent when reconciling isn't undone on its own: fix it on the car.

- If the car is already in your inventory, don't wait: reconcile it with «Revisar» ("Review").
- If it's a new car, write to us with the make and model from the message.
- Once we confirm it's there, tap «Incorporar» again.

What it means. Mercado Libre has a color, body type, transmission, or fuel that Cliquéalo doesn't have. For example: «No encontramos en el catálogo el color «Celeste». Escríbenos y lo agregamos.» ("We couldn't find the color «Celeste» in the catalog. Write to us and we'll add it."). If there are several, the message names all of them and ends with «Escríbenos y los agregamos.» ("Write to us and we'll add them.").
What to do. Write to us with the message. Once we confirm it's there, tap «Incorporar» again.
What you see · Incorporate
«Mercado Libre no informó (datos) del auto. Complétalo en el anuncio de Mercado Libre y vuelve a intentarlo.»
Mercado Libre didn't report the car's (details). Fill it in on the Mercado Libre ad and try again.
What it means. The ad is missing the body type, transmission, fuel, or color, and the car can't be created without them. For example: «Mercado Libre no informó la transmisión y el color del auto. Complétalos en el anuncio de Mercado Libre y vuelve a intentarlo.» ("Mercado Libre didn't report the car's transmission and color. Fill them in on the Mercado Libre ad and try again.").
What to do.
- Fill in those details on your Mercado Libre ad.
- Wait for Cliquéalo to receive the change, or sync your account.
- Tap «Incorporar» again.
What you see · Incorporate
«No reconocemos el estado «(estado)» del anuncio. Escríbenos y lo revisamos.»
We don't recognize the ad's state «(state)». Write to us and we'll look into it.
What it means. The Mexican state on the ad doesn't match any of Cliquéalo's.
