Choose how to sell
Sell as an individual, as an agency or lot, or as a real estate agency, and where to start in each case.
On Cliquéalo you sell in one of three ways. All three use the same account and the same panel; what changes is the plan and what you see in it.

If you create your account first
If you sign up with "Create account", when you confirm your email we ask «¿Cómo vas a vender en Cliquéalo?» ("How are you going to sell on Cliquéalo?"). «Particular» leaves your account ready and free; «Lote o agencia» asks for your lot's details and activates it with a trial without a card; if there's no trial at that moment, it offers you the plans. Individual: publish and the account is created at the end
Tap "Sell your car" in the site's top bar (in the homes section it says "List your home"). You don't need an account to start.
Choose what you're going to publish
Under «¿Qué vas a publicar?» ("What are you going to publish?") tap «Un auto» ("A car") or «Una casa» ("A home"). «El resto del formulario se adapta a lo que elijas.» ("The rest of the form adapts to what you choose.").
Fill in your ad
You answer one item per screen: make, model, year, price, photos, location, and the rest. Your progress is saved in this browser. The details of each step are in Publish.
Create your account at the end
On «Tu anuncio está listo» ("Your ad is ready") you enter «Tu nombre» ("Your name"), «Tu correo» ("Your email"), «Crea una contraseña» ("Create a password", at least 8 characters) and, if you want, «Tu WhatsApp (opcional)» ("Your WhatsApp (optional)"). Tap «Continuar» ("Continue"): the button says «Creando tu cuenta…» ("Creating your account…").
Confirm your email
On «Confirma tu correo» ("Confirm your email") you see «Escribe el código que te enviamos para publicar tu anuncio.» ("Enter the code we sent you to publish your ad."). Enter it and confirm.
Choose «Particular» ("Individual")
Under «¿Cómo vas a vender?» ("How are you going to sell?") tap «Particular». If you have a lot or an agency, tap «Agencia o lote» ("Agency or lot"): we explain it in Help me sell. If you already have a store, this question doesn't appear.
Wait for it to be published
On «Publicando tu anuncio» ("Publishing your ad") you see «Creando tu tienda» ("Creating your store"), «Armando tu anuncio» ("Building your ad"), «Subiendo tus fotos» ("Uploading your photos"), and «Enviando a revisión» ("Sending for review") move forward. «No cierres esta pantalla; tardamos unos segundos.» ("Don't close this screen; it takes us a few seconds.").
Creating the account this way opens your individual seller profile on the free plan. In your panel you'll see «Acceso como Vendedor particular.» ("Access as Individual seller.").
Your contact details become public
Your email and your WhatsApp are visible on your profile so people can contact you directly. You can hide them from your panel whenever you want.
Ad sent
If you already have an account with that email, you see «Ya tienes una cuenta con ese correo. Inicia sesión y tu avance se conserva.» ("You already have an account with that email. Sign in and your progress is kept."). Tap «Inicia sesión» ("Sign in"): when you come back you continue where you left off.
Agency or lot: choose a plan and register your lot
If you don't have an account yet, the fastest way is to create one and choose «Lote o agencia»: your lot is active with a trial without a card. See Welcome when you create your account.
If you'd rather choose and pay for a plan from the start, go to the page for lots and agencies (from «Para loteros y agencias», "For lots and agencies"). There:
- Move the slider under «¿Cuántas unidades quieres publicar?» ("How many units do you want to publish?") and we recommend a plan under «Tu plan» ("Your plan").
- Tap «Empezar» ("Start"), or under «Elige tu plan» ("Choose your plan") tap «Elegir» ("Choose", paid plans) or «Empezar gratis» ("Start free", free plan).
- You continue in «Elige tu plan», enter your lot's name, create your account, and pay. See Register your agency and pay.
If you started with "Sell your car", when you create your account tap «Agencia o lote» ("Agency or lot") under «¿Cómo vas a vender?» ("How are you going to sell?"). There you choose «Ayúdenme a vender» ("Help me sell"), which activates your lot right away and schedules a visit to connect your Mercado Libre, or «Ver planes» ("See plans"). This path doesn't offer the trial without a card. See Help me sell.
You can also start publishing with «Publicar unidad» ("Publish unit"): you publish as an individual and later move to a plan for lots from your panel with «Vender como lote» ("Sell as a lot").
Real estate agency: homes with their own panel
You have two paths:
- New to Cliquéalo: go to the page for real estate agencies. «Publicar propiedad» ("Publish property") takes you to the publishing form, where you choose «Una casa»; in the plans, «Empezar gratis» or «Elegir» take you to register your account.
- You already sell cars on Cliquéalo: in your panel tap «Casas» on the switch at the top right. If you don't have homes yet, you land on «Date de alta como inmobiliaria» ("Sign up as a real estate agency").
Sign up as a real estate agency from your panel
Tap «Casas»
It's on the «Autos» ("Cars") / «Casas» switch, at the top right of your panel's content.
Choose the business name
«Usar el mismo nombre» ("Use the same name", the one on your current account) or «Usar otro nombre para la inmobiliaria» ("Use another name for the real estate agency"). If you choose another, fill in «Nombre de la inmobiliaria» ("Real estate agency name").
Turn on your homes panel
Tap the button at the bottom. While it's being turned on it says «Habilitando...» ("Enabling..."). When it's done you go back to your panel's home, now in the homes view.
Your account is the same: homes and cars have separate views and don't mix. The logo and the real estate storefront are set up later. To switch between the two views, see Switch accounts.
What you see · «Date de alta como inmobiliaria»
«El nombre comercial no puede exceder 120 caracteres.»
The business name can't exceed 120 characters.
What it means. The real estate agency name is too long.
What to do. Shorten it to 120 characters or fewer.
If you already have an advertiser account
If you go to the agency registration and you already have an advertiser account, we take you to your panel with the notice «Ya tienes una cuenta de anunciante.» ("You already have an advertiser account."). From there you change plans in AjustesPlan y capacidadCambiar de plan ("Settings > Plan and capacity > Change plan"). See Plans and payments.
The usual case
You sell your car
You publish with "Sell your car", create your account at the end, confirm your email, and your ad goes into review.
Something doesn't work the first time
You start as an individual and grow
You publish for free and, when you need more, tap «Vender como lote» in your panel to choose a plan.
Worst case
Publishing gets stuck
Instead of «Publicando tu anuncio» you see «Algo se atoró» ("Something got stuck") with the reason. Tap «Reintentar» ("Retry"). «Empezar de nuevo» ("Start over") erases what you have and takes you back to the first step.
Special case
Partner bank account
You see «Las cuentas de banco aliado no publican autos.» ("Partner bank accounts don't publish cars."). Partner bank accounts can't publish.
Errors when publishing without an account
What you see · «Publicando tu anuncio»
«Confirma tu correo con el código que te enviamos para continuar.»
Confirm your email with the code we sent you to continue.
What it means. Your email isn't confirmed yet.
What to do. Enter the code from the email. If it didn't arrive, request another one.
What you see · «Confirma tu correo», when publishing without an account
«Código incorrecto o vencido. Revisa tu correo.»
Incorrect or expired code. Check your email.
What it means. The code doesn't match or has expired.
What to do. Check the latest email or ask us to resend it. When it's resent you see «Código reenviado.» ("Code resent.").
What you see · «Publicando tu anuncio»
«Tu sesión expiró. Vuelve a intentarlo.»
Your session expired. Try again.
What it means. Your session closed while you were publishing.
What to do. Sign in again and go back to "Sell your car": your progress is still saved in this browser.
Recover your password
Request a link by email and choose a new password when you don't remember yours.
Help me sell
When you create your account in "Sell your car" you choose whether you sell as an individual or as an agency; if you have a lot, you activate it right away and we visit you to connect your Mercado Libre, or you see the plans.
