Report something that doesn't work, share an idea, or tell us anything from the «Comentarios» tab.
On any Cliquéalo page, on the left edge of the screen, there's a small tab with an ant icon. When you hover over it, it says «Comentarios» ("Feedback"). Use it to report an error, suggest an idea, or tell us whatever you want.
Steps
Open the tab
Tap the tab on the left edge. «Cuéntanos qué mejorar» ("Tell us what to improve") opens. At the top you see which step you're on («Paso 1 de 5», "Step 1 of 5").
«¿De qué se trata?» ("What is it about?")
Choose an option and tap «Continuar» ("Continue"):
- «Algo no funciona bien» ("Something isn't working right"): «Un error, algo roto o que se comporta raro» ("An error, something broken or behaving oddly"). The window changes to «Reportar un bug» ("Report a bug").
- «Tengo una idea» ("I have an idea"): «Algo que te gustaría ver en el sitio» ("Something you'd like to see on the site"). The window changes to «Cuéntanos tu idea» ("Tell us your idea").
- «Otro comentario» ("Other feedback"): «Dudas, quejas o cualquier cosa que quieras decirnos» ("Questions, complaints, or anything you want to tell us").
Write your message
Up to 1000 characters; below you see how many you've used. Don't share sensitive data such as passwords or card details.
«Agrega una captura» ("Add a screenshot", optional)
«Ver la pantalla nos ahorra ida y vuelta para entenderlo.» ("Seeing the screen saves us back-and-forth to understand it."). Tap «Agregar foto» ("Add photo"). Up to 4 JPG, PNG, or WebP photos of up to 8 MB each. With «Omitir» ("Skip") you continue without a screenshot.
«Tu correo (opcional)» ("Your email (optional)")
«Por si podemos darte seguimiento.» ("In case we can follow up with you."). Leave it empty or tap «Omitir» if you don't want us to contact you.
«Revisa tu envío» ("Review your submission")
You see the category, your message, how many screenshots you have («Sin captura», "No screenshot"; «1 captura», "1 screenshot"; or «N capturas», "N screenshots"), and your email («Sin correo», "No email", if you didn't enter it). With «Atrás» ("Back") you make corrections. Tap «Enviar reporte» ("Send report", if it's an error) or «Enviar comentario» ("Send feedback").
What happens next
You see «¡Comentario enviado!» ("Feedback sent!") and the notice «¡Gracias por tu comentario!» ("Thanks for your feedback!"; «Lo vamos a revisar para seguir mejorando el sitio.», "We'll review it to keep improving the site."). The window closes on its own after a second. We also save which page you were on, to understand the context.
If you close the window before sending, what you wrote is erased.
The usual case
You report an error with a screenshot
You choose «Algo no funciona bien», describe what you did and what went wrong, add a screenshot, and send.
Something doesn't work the first time
You send a quick idea
You choose «Tengo una idea», write, and skip the screenshot and the email.
Worst case
The photo doesn't upload
You see an error notice and the photo isn't added. Check the format and the size, or continue without a screenshot.
Special case
You need an answer
Leave your email in step 5. Without an email we have no way to reply to you.
Errors when adding screenshots
What you see · «Agrega una captura»
«Sólo se aceptan fotos JPG, PNG o WebP.»
Only JPG, PNG, or WebP photos are accepted.
What it means. The file isn't a photo in those formats.
What to do. Take the screenshot again or convert it to JPG or PNG.
What you see · «Agrega una captura»
«Cada foto debe pesar menos de 8 MB.»
Each photo must be smaller than 8 MB.
What it means. The photo is too large.
What to do. Crop it or shrink it and try again.
What you see · «Agrega una captura»
«Llegaste al máximo de fotos.»
You reached the maximum number of photos.
What it means. You already added 4 photos.
What to do. Remove one with «Quitar foto» ("Remove photo") if you want to change it.
What you see · «Agrega una captura»
«No se pudo subir la foto. Intenta de nuevo.»
The photo couldn't be uploaded. Try again.
What it means. The upload failed.
What to do. Check your connection and try again.
