Get to know your panel

Your panel is where you manage everything after you sign in. It has four parts: the side menu, the top bar, the «Autos» ("Cars") / «Casas» ("Homes") switch, and the content of each section.

When you enter you see «Hola» ("Hi") and your name, and below it the access you're signed in with, for example «Acceso como Vendedor particular.» ("Access as Individual seller."), «Acceso como Dueño de agencia.» ("Access as Agency owner."), or «Acceso como Vendedor de agencia.» ("Access as Agency salesperson.").

Depending on your account, these may appear at the top:

• «Haz tu primera publicación» ("Make your first publication"), if you don't have any yet.
• «Vender como lote» ("Sell as a lot", if you sell as an individual) or «Conviértete en agencia» ("Become an agency"), if your plan is free.
• Sofia's buttons: «Preguntar a Sofia» ("Ask Sofia"), «Sugerirme qué sigue» ("Suggest what's next"), and «Resumen de inventario» ("Inventory summary"). See Sofia, the panel assistant.
• The «Estrena tu plan» ("Try out your plan") box, if you just moved up a plan. See Setup.

If you remove everything, you see «Tu panel está vacío» ("Your panel is empty") and «Toca «Agregar» para elegir qué quieres ver aquí.» ("Tap Add to choose what you want to see here.").

The side menuCopy Anchor Link

On a computer, the side menu is a strip of icons on the left. When you hover over it, it opens on top of the content and shows the names. With the button at the top («Fijar la navegación», "Pin navigation" / «Soltar la navegación», "Unpin navigation") you keep it open or hide it again; your choice is remembered in this browser.

Which apps you see depends on your account and your role:

Your account, your security, your agency, your plan, and your connections aren't in the side menu: they're in the settings window. At the bottom of the side menu are your photo and your name (they open settings) and «Preguntar a Sofia». See The settings window.

On a phone there's no side strip. At the bottom you have a bar with «Inicio», two shortcuts for the section you're in, «Sitio» ("Site", goes back to Cliquéalo.mx), and «Ver todo» ("See all"). «Ver todo» opens full-screen navigation, with all your apps, your settings, and Sofia at the bottom. You close it with the X at the top or with Esc.

From left to right:

• The Cliquéalo logo: takes you back to the panel's home.
• Your agency or profile name: opens Ajustes›Escaparate ("Settings > Storefront"). It doesn't appear on small screens.
• Up to three shortcuts, icon only. If you haven't pinned any, they are «Publicar auto» ("Publish car", or «Publicar propiedad», "Publish property", in homes), «Mi inventario» ("My inventory", or «Mis propiedades», "My properties"), and «Leads».
• Notifications. See Sounds and notices.
• «Apps»: the apps menu.
• «Ayuda» ("Help"): takes you to the Help Center, with this manual and the Academy, without leaving your session. On small screens you only see the life-ring icon.
• «Sitio»: takes you to Cliquéalo.mx. On a phone it's in the bottom bar.
• Your photo or your agency's brand: your account menu. See Switch accounts.

Below the bar, on the right, is the «Autos» ("Cars") / «Casas» ("Homes") switch. If your account lacks protection, the security notice appears on the left: «Protege tu cuenta» ("Protect your account") or «Agrega un correo de recuperación» ("Add a recovery email"). On a phone it just says «Seguridad» ("Security"). See Account and security.

The apps menuCopy Anchor Link

Tap «Apps» in the top bar (on a phone it opens as a side panel with «Ve a cualquier app o pide ayuda a Sofia.», "Go to any app or ask Sofia for help.").

• Go to an app: tap it. If you're already there, it says «Ya estás aquí» ("You're already here").
• Search: type in «Buscar apps… (ej. citas, créditos)» ("Search apps… (e.g. appointments, loans)"). With two or more letters it also searches your things, not just apps. Use ↑ ↓ to move, ↵ to open, and Esc to clear. While it searches it says «Buscando…» ("Searching…"); if there's nothing, «Sin coincidencias» ("No matches").
• Pin: each app's pin adds it to your shortcuts («Fijar», "Pin", and the app's name). You'll see, for example, «Citas fijada» ("Citas pinned"). Tap it again to remove it («Citas ya no está fijada», "Citas is no longer pinned"). Apps with a shortcut appear in the top bar, up to three.
• «Ayuda con IA» ("AI help"): «Habla o chatea con Sofia» ("Talk or chat with Sofia"). Opens the assistant.

What it means. You already have 6 apps pinned.

What to do. Remove one with its pin and pin the new one.

You don't have access to that app.

What it means. Your role can't use that app.

What to do. Ask your agency's owner or an administrator for access.

Notices that may appear in your panelCopy Anchor Link

• «Ya tienes una cuenta de anunciante.» ("You already have an advertiser account."): you came from the registration and already had an account.
• «Listo, tu compra ya está activa.» ("Done, your purchase is now active."): your purchase was applied.
• «Estamos confirmando tu pago. Se activa solo en cuanto Stripe lo confirme; no vuelvas a pagar.» ("We're confirming your payment. It activates on its own as soon as Stripe confirms it; don't pay again."): your payment isn't confirmed yet.
• The first time after confirming your email: "Your account is ready".
• If your lot is on its trial without a card, the «Prueba · N días» ("Trial · N days") chip above the content and, in the last days, a yellow notice with «Agregar tarjeta» ("Add card"). The owner and whoever manages billing see them. See Trial without a card.
• If your trial ended without a card, the «Tu cuenta está en pausa» ("Your account is paused") notice with «Reanudar» ("Resume") and the «Reanuda tu suscripción» ("Resume your subscription") window. See Trial without a card.
• When there's something new in the panel, a what's-new window with «Siguiente» ("Next") and «Entendido» ("Got it").
• If you don't have a passkey, an invitation to create one. See Account and security.
