Setup
What your plan just unlocked, step by step, and the «Estrena tu plan» box in your panel.
When you move up a plan and finish the payment, you don't go straight back to the panel: you go through setup. It's a full screen that shows you, one at a time, what your new plan lets you do. Nothing is mandatory.
Which steps you may see
The steps come from what your account can do now. If your plan doesn't include something, that step doesn't appear.

Under the title, each step says where it came from, for example «Incluido en» ("Included in") and your plan's name.
Go through setup
Pay for your new plan
When you finish on the payment page you come back to setup. At the top you see «Ya tienes» ("You now have") and your plan's name, and a bar with one segment per step.
Do or skip each step
- «Configurar» ("Set up") takes you to where it's done. For the boost the button says «Elegir publicaciones» ("Choose publications").
- If the step is already done, the button says «Ya está listo» ("Already done") and just moves on.
- «Ahora no» ("Not now") skips it. On the last step it says «Terminar» ("Finish").
Leave whenever you want
The X at the top right takes you back to the panel. You don't lose anything: your progress stays in the «Estrena tu plan» ("Try out your plan") box.
Plan activated
The «Estrena tu plan» box
On your panel's home a box appears with a progress ring («2/5», for example) and the next pending step. Each step is a tile with its icon and a short name: «Publicar» ("Publish"), «Despachador» ("Dispatcher"), «Importador» ("Importer"), «Escaparate» ("Storefront"), «Check», or «Impulso» ("Boost"). The ones you've done carry a checkmark.
Tap a tile to go do that step. The box disappears only when you finish them all.
The usual case
You pay and the plan is applied
You come back to setup, go through the steps, and end up in your panel.
Something doesn't work the first time
You already had everything ready
If there's nothing new to try, we take you straight to the panel without showing setup.
Worst case
The payment isn't confirmed yet
You see «Estamos confirmando tu pago» ("We're confirming your payment") with the reason. «Si el cargo ya salió de tu tarjeta, tu plan se activa solo en cuanto Stripe nos lo confirme. No vuelvas a pagar.» ("If the charge already went through on your card, your plan activates on its own as soon as Stripe confirms it to us. Don't pay again."). Tap «Volver a comprobar» ("Check again") or «Ir a mi agencia» ("Go to my agency").
Special case
It's still not confirmed
If it's still the same after a few minutes, tap «Escríbenos» ("Write to us") and we'll sort it out with your receipt.

«Stripe aún no confirma el cobro.»
Stripe hasn't confirmed the charge yet.
What it means. The payment hasn't been confirmed yet.
What to do. Wait a moment and tap «Volver a comprobar». Don't pay again.

«No pudimos consultar el pago con Stripe.»
We couldn't check the payment with Stripe.
What it means. We couldn't check your payment right now.
What to do. Tap «Volver a comprobar» in a few minutes.
What you see · «Estamos confirmando tu pago»
«No pudimos aplicar tu plan en este momento.»
We couldn't apply your plan right now.
What it means. The payment exists but the plan hasn't been applied yet.
What to do. Tap «Volver a comprobar». If it's still the same, tap «Escríbenos».
